Surrounded by mountains and full of Italian charm, it’s a place where you can really unwind. We made sure to visit Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna—must-see towns that each have their own unique vibe. Instead of driving, we took ferries between the towns, which gave us amazing views of the colorful villages along the lake. We loved strolling through the peaceful streets, stopping for lunch and dinner at cozy Italian restaurants, and of course, enjoying plenty of gelato. The whole experience was just magical and the perfect escape for couples.

First time around Lake Como and I completely fell in love! We stayed at the Palace Hotel at Lake Como and it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The interior is beautiful just like it’s name and the breakfast spread is scrumptious 😋 The ferry dock is right across the doors of the hotel, which was extra convenient for our day trip around the towns. We took the slow ferry ride and sat outside despite the cold. But the views of other towns and even the alps and mountains were breathtaking. Headed to the very beautiful very scenic Bellagio - where we climbed up the steps and had a hearty meal at Nando. Afterwards took a quick ride to Varenna to catch the sunset. Absolutely wonderful!
