A Royal Feast: Dining at Blue Elephant Bangkok
Dining at Blue Elephant in Bangkok was an extraordinary experience that transported me straight into the heart of Royal Thai cuisine. From the moment I stepped inside, the elegant setting, inspired by traditional Thai culture, set the tone for an exquisite meal. The restaurant's attention to detail, with its regal décor and charming ambiance, made every moment feel special.
The menu, a celebration of authentic Royal Thai flavors, offered a perfect blend of spices, herbs, and fresh ingredients. Each dish was expertly crafted, with rich textures and delicate flavors that took me on a culinary journey through Thailand. The highlight of my meal was the Tom Yum Kung, a tangy and aromatic soup bursting with the perfect balance of heat and sourness.
The service was impeccable, with the staff attentive and knowledgeable about each dish's history and preparation. I left feeling fully satisfied, not just from the delicious food, but from the overall experience. Blue Elephant is a true gem for anyone seeking a taste of Thailand's royal culinary heritage.

Wat Intharawat (Wat Ton Kwen)
Wat Intharawat, also known as Wat Ton Kwen, in Chiang Mai is truly a hidden gem! I recently had a photo shoot there, and it was an unforgettable experience. The temple’s serene beauty and traditional Lanna architecture are absolutely captivating.
Right in front of the temple, there’s a shop that rents Lanna costumes – the only one in the area. The rental fee includes hairstyling and dressing assistance, although makeup is not included. Wearing the traditional attire really enhances the experience and makes for stunning photos that capture the essence of Lanna culture.
I highly recommend hiring the photographer as a solo traveller. The prices are more than reasonable. If you’re planning to visit, don’t miss the chance to immerse yourself in the beauty of this temple. And, of course, make sure to dress in traditional Lanna attire for memorable and beautiful photos!

Solo Trip: A Solo Traveler’s Peaceful Escape in Wat Arun
#solotrip
Visiting Wat Arun, the iconic Temple of Dawn, was the highlight of my solo adventure in Bangkok. Located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River, this temple felt like a step into a timeless masterpiece—peaceful, breathtaking, and rich with history.
🏛 Why Wat Arun Stands Out
As a solo traveler, the intricate beauty of Wat Arun made me pause and appreciate the moment. The towering spires decorated with colorful mosaics seemed to sparkle in the light, and walking around the temple grounds was like wandering through a piece of art. Every detail told its own story, offering moments of quiet reflection.
Respecting the culture was also part of the charm. Modest clothing is required, but shawls are available at the entrance if you need one. It added to the authenticity of the experience.
📸 Perfect for Solo Explorers
For anyone who loves photography, Wat Arun is a dream come true. Whether it’s the mosaics up close or the temple’s towering silhouette, every angle offers a stunning shot. I spent so much time exploring with my camera, capturing the essence of this beautiful place.

Thailand’s Golden Triangle Adventure
The Golden Triangle in Thailand was an adventure like no other. This iconic region, where Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet, is as fascinating as it is scenic. Standing at the viewpoint overlooking the Mekong and Ruak rivers, I felt a sense of wonder seeing three countries so close together.
I visited the Hall of Opium Museum, which gave an incredible insight into the area’s complex history with the opium trade. It was both sobering and fascinating to learn how this region transformed over the years.
What I loved most was the serenity of the landscapes—rolling hills, lush greenery, and the calm flow of the Mekong. The Golden Triangle is a unique blend of history, culture, and natural beauty, making it a must-visit for anyone exploring northern Thailand.

Why Go To Bangkok ? 🇨🇷
Travelers have a hard time putting a pin in Bangkok's personality. Most first-timers see this city as one caught between the past and the present. Ancient temples and modern shopping malls comprise Thailand's capital, and Buddhist monks and regulars of Patpong (Bangkok's red light district) share the city's streets. The contrast can result in an exhilarating yet chaotic setting.
With that said, Bangkok's dynamic environment requires a lot of energy. Consistently hot weather and persistent crowds take their toll on unprepared visitors. Yes, the city seems to boil over with everything from humidity to humanity, but it's this exotic overabundance that charms travelers. Here, you'll find the world's largest open-air market, a world-class aquarium housed in an eight-level shopping mall, a 150-foot golden Buddha statue and so much more. It's a city of vast surprises, so savor its delightful incongruity.

Thailand's Ratchaburi_Potta_, a hidden forest-themed cafe.
Fresh Orange Cold Brew
Cold brew, topped with oranges
POTTA in Ratchaburi
Originally part of a pocket plan
A small white house covered in greenery
Attracted by such photos
When visiting, there was some hesitation
Walking on a small industrial road
With weeds and bungalows on both sides
Even saw an abandoned recycling yard
After a short distance, turned a corner
Finally saw the POTTA sign
On a wall covered in greenery
Just like the photos, a small white house
Hidden in the sunlight and greenery
Opening the door, the aroma of coffee wafts
Floor-to-ceiling windows let in natural light
Falling on wooden tables and chairs
Surrounded by wooden forest
Like a fairytale forest house
Fresh Orange Cold Brew, sweet with fruit
But more of a coffee aftertaste
Inside, it's very quiet in the afternoon
Outside, leaves flutter in the breeze
Take a sip of refreshing coffee
Taste a piece of homemade cake
Unknowingly, an entire afternoon passes
Maeklong railway market 🚂
The Maeklong Railway Market is a fascinating blend of chaos and charm. Known as the “umbrella pull-down market,” it’s famous for its unique location right on active train tracks. Vendors line the rails with fresh produce, seafood, and local goods, quickly retracting their stalls as the train approaches—only to set them back up moments after it passes. This incredible display of coordination and local tradition is a must-see for anyone visiting Thailand, offering a glimpse into the vibrant spirit of Thai market culture.

A Peaceful Escape at Royal Park Rajapruek
Royal Park Rajapruek turned to be a lovely place to visit during my stay in Chiang Mai. I genuinely enjoyed my time there. The park is massive, with beautiful gardens and several unique buildings scattered around. It wasn’t crowded at all, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing. I spent more than half the day exploring, and it didn’t feel rushed at all.
One of the highlights was the impressive Royal Pavilion, which really stood out. The variety of gardens—each with different themes—was a nice touch, and I loved how well-kept everything was.
If you plan to visit, wear comfy shoes because you'll be walking a lot! I definitely recommend taking your time here.

Chillin’ at Krabi’s Emerald Pool: A Hidden Gem
Visiting the Emerald Pool in Krabi was such a chill experience! The water is this beautiful green color, and it’s super clear. Just walking around the area felt really peaceful, surrounded by jungle and nature.
A tip: go early in the morning to avoid crowds. It gets pretty busy later on.
I loved just hanging out there, enjoying the calm vibe. I am a huge nature lover and visiting places like this always make me happy. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Weekend in paradise at Koh Tao
Koh Tao in Thailand was such a great place to visit! It’s perfect for a romantic getaway. The beaches are stunning, with clear blue water and soft sand—ideal for just relaxing and soaking up the sun. I spent hours just lounging by the beach, watching the waves, and doing absolutely nothing.
A tip: if you want to enjoy the quieter side of the island, avoid the main tourist spots and head to some of the more secluded beaches. It is easy to rent scooter or ATV to drive around. I got an ATV and it was fun (except for when rain started lol, good thing it was warm!).
I loved how laid-back everything felt. There’s no rush—just beach, food, and the occasional stroll. If you're looking for a place to disconnect and enjoy the simple things, Koh Tao is perfect.

Epic viewpoint in Krabi
Climbing to the viewpoint at the Tiger Temple in Krabi was definitely a challenge, but totally worth it. The hike up has over 1,200 steps, and by the time I reached the top, I was pretty tired. But when I saw the view, all that exhaustion vanished. The panorama of Krabi’s lush landscapes, limestone cliffs, and beaches was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like a reward for all that effort.
One tip: the best time to reach the top is around sunset. The colors of the sky and the view are unreal at that time.
One more tip: bring water and snacks. There's no way to buy those once you start the climb.
The view at the top is so amazing that all the tiredness just disappears. Standing there, looking out over the whole area, felt like such a rewarding moment. Honestly, it was a tough climb, but once you’re up there, you forget about the effort. Totally worth it for that view!
