My recent food adventure took me to Kampung Valdor, a charming village just 30 minutes away. I'd heard rave reviews about the legendary fried 松鱼(snakehead fish) at Ming Xin Coffee Shop (明新茶室), and I couldn't wait to try it for myself.
This dish is a true culinary masterpiece. The 松鱼is marinated with galangal, which removes any muddy taste, and then deep-fried to absolute perfection. The result? A crispy, golden-brown delight that's bursting with flavor. I ordered a portion (perfect for sharing!) along with a plate of char ta pan and a comforting bowl of fish porridge.
The fish was incredible - fragrant, perfectly fried, and seasoned just right. But Ming Xin Coffee Shop (明新茶室) offers more than just amazing fish. While waiting for my food, I saw other tables enjoying plates of laksa, and after chatting with some friendly locals, I learned the coffee shop is also known for its herbal teas.

The store is located on the back street of Tokyu Department Store from Kichijoji Station, and you can see the glass building. You can see inside the store from outside and see the bread🥖 and cake🍰 lined up✨
When I entered the store, the staff were friendly and spoke to me, and when I asked for recommendations they answered right away, so I felt the "closeness" and "love of the local community" that the main store aims for😊
The showcase was filled with colorful cakes and breads of various shapes. There were so many types that it was hard to choose.
Just looking at the cakes🍰🧁 in the showcase made me feel very happy. This time I bought the popular croissant🥐 and recommended breads.
There is a cafe space on the second floor where you can eat the bread you bought on the first floor with one drink. In addition, all menus come with a set of bread and dips during lunch time, so you can eat as much as you want! ️

😍 Nina Hotel is the largest hotel in the New Territories and the sixth tallest among Hong Kong's skycrapers. The hotel is at the heart of Tsuen Wan. This hotel is comfortable and modern 5 star hotel and it has two towers. Our room Superior Harbour View Queen Tower 1 on 15th floor with stunning views facing harbour and swimming pools. Spacious room and luxury with 2 comfortable double beds, tables and chairs. The bathtub was big enough.
❤️ Really enjoyed and relaxed at the rooftop indoor swimming pool even in winter because its heated and the infinity outdoor swimming pool temporary close during winter next is the 24-hours worldclass fitness center you can workout anytime you want with plenty of space and gadgets to work out, with stunning view guests will replenish their health and well-being.
📌 The hotel connected to to a big shopping mall, the MTR and buses stations. Walking distance from MTR Tsuen Wan West station (West Rail Line) Exit D.

It is located approximately 6 minutes from Roma Station, 11 minutes to King George Square and a walking distance to Roma street Parklands where you can admire nature.
Facilities:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
It has an outdoor pool with decent size but not heated. It can be very cold! The gym is equipped with essential equipment but the area is not that big. However, I appreciate that there is a water dispenser in the room. They also have function halls at the top floor for private events. But what I love the most is the on site restaurant. The food is delicious but can be pricey. They also offer breakfast buffet. It is cheaper to pre book the day before.
Room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Our room is the Superior Balcony plus that can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. It has a balcony overlooking the city and Roma St parklands. What we enjoyed the most is the bed. It is so comfortable that we had no complaints at all. They also offer free wifi. The shower and bathroom is not separate though. Basic necessities are provided such as shampoo, soap, coffee, tea, sugar and a packet of milk but no bathrobe, slippers and water bottles.
Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Staff are very kind and accomodating. Since, our room wasn’t ready yet, they provided us with complimentary drinks from the bar while waiting. Wow, their frozen Margarita is excellent! It tastes good and hits the spot! Also, they let us have late check out until 12nn. It was awesome!
Overall, I highly recommend Pacific Hotel Brisbane. Thank you TRIP.com, we had a lovely stay!

It is a garden at the highest altitude in London, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the entire city, and the best part is that the entry is free! This open-air garden features an outdoor observation deck where you can see the entire Thames River, The Shard, Tower Bridge, and more. I think it's an incredibly memorable experience to see the whole city center of London!
In addition, I enjoyed a beautiful sunset at London Bridge! This bridge, built over the Thames River, is very distinctive! I also visited one of the popular attractions in the city center, the LEGO store, located in Leicester Square. Inside, you can see London buildings made out of LEGO models, as well as LEGO figures! It's definitely worth a visit!
【London Attractions】Westminster Bridge, London Eye, Natural History Museum, Borough Market! Recommended attractions!
This time, taking a flight to the capital of the UK, London, I visited a number of attractions, among which the three I consider must-see are Westminster Bridge, the Natural History Museum, and Borough Market.
The first attraction is an arch bridge located in London, UK, spanning the Thames River, connecting the City of Westminster at Westminster Bridge. From this bridge, you can see the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, and the London Eye! It is a highly recommended attraction!
The second attraction is the Natural History Museum, where right at the entrance there is a long dinosaur fossil hanging in mid-air, and here you can also find biological fossils of dinosaurs from different periods. If you love history, this is a place you can't miss!
The third is Borough Market, where I tasted a restaurant called Salt Beef, which is a salty beef sandwich, and it was very delicious! Take the Underground to London Bridge, and it's just a 1-minute walk to get there!
Yunhe Concept Hotel Unboxing! 60 Square Feet!
Yunhe Concept Hotel is a hotel located in Taiwan, China. This time, I stayed in a room with a KTV room + private swimming pool. The room is 60 square feet, which is very spacious and comfortable! What surprised me the most is that the swimming pool is very clean. During my two-day and one-night stay, I swam twice! The room is very large, with 60 square feet, and the lighting is also very good. There is also a hot spring in the room for soaking. Overall, the hotel facilities are very complete!
In addition, there is a Family Mart convenience store downstairs where you can buy daily necessities and a variety of snacks. During my stay at the hotel, I also went to Family Mart to buy late-night snacks and brought them back to the hotel to eat!
The cost-performance ratio is quite high, with a price of around 4800 Taiwan dollars! I highly recommend this hotel🏨!

Manchester is one of my favourite city in the UK. As a football lover, I went to the Etihad Stadium and joined a tour to visit inside of the stadium. This stadium is huge and really beautiful with the yellow and blue colour. The total price for entrance is £26 with the exclusive experience! After that, I went to the Shoryu to try the famous ramen and the chicken skewer. They tasted delicious!

Lisbon is one of the beautiful city in Portugal and this place is unique and special with the own culture and history. In the recent trip to Lisbon, I really liked the transportation especially, as they have lots of Tuk Tuk which means a taxi. Moreover, the tram is also easily to get around in Lisbon.
Furthermore, Castelo de S. Jorge is another attraction that you have to visit. As you can see the whole view of Lisbon.

A Refreshing Place in Cebu!
West 35 is located in Gaas, Balamban, Cebu. It takes an hour drive from Ayala Center Cebu. You can take a public vehicle like a V-hire from the Ayala Center Terminal to Balamban via transcentral highway route. The fare is 120 per person for one way ride. Tell the driver to drop you off at West 35 Eco Adventure Park. For a private vehicle just search for West 35 Eco Adventure Park in Gaas, Balamban using Waze or Google maps. The place has a cafe and accommodation. It has a picturesque views and if you're lucky enough, you'll see the sea of clouds. It a great place to visit when you want to avoid the crowd in Cebu City.

Wroclaw is one of the best city in Poland and this place is full of rich history and culture. The architecture in here also inspired me a lot with the unique style and colourful houses with the painting. I have spent total 3 days in Wroclaw and I will say that is enough for you to explore the whole city. The first thing is the Aleksander Fredro Monument which is a bronze statue dedicated to polish famous author Aleksander Fredro. His story was incredible and it is a must visit place in Wroclaw . Moreover, I have found out their railway line is beautifully built with the combination of those houses behind . I really liked the structure. Besides, the colourful houses also captured my attention a lot , those painting just added an extra beauty inside of the city.

Gdansk is one of the beautiful city in Poland. This city is located near to the Baltic Sea and also known as the colour buildings. Today I have spent a good time in Gdansk and had a great city walk inside the city area. The old town is gorgeous and the buildings are unique and special.
At the end of the day, I also tried some local fish soup which made of salmon, cod, carrot and some veggie in the restaurant which is called Rybakowka.

Christmas time in Venice

In last year Christmas, I have spent the time in Venice and celebrating the first Christmas holiday outside my home. I really loved the structure and the style of the building here and I will say those are my favourite building so far that I have seen in my life. They are all colourful and fascinating . The Christmas tree is beautiful with the lights on in the St Mark’s Square.
In 2024, I definitely will go back to Venice and visit there again.
