Trip to Glencoe, United Kingdom 🇬🇧
It was a trip to Glencoe, United Kingdom 🇬🇧 We had the chance to explore this beautiful valley, known for its rugged mountains ⛰️ and scenic beauty, and we would highly recommend it for anyone seeking adventure and stunning views 😍
We began our day early ⛅️ visiting the iconic Three Sisters of Glencoe. These three rugged peaks, Beinn Fhada, Beinn a’ Chleibh, and Gearr Aonach, form the backdrop of one of the most photographed 📸 views in Scotland. The best time to visit is in the early morning ☀️ when the light is soft ✨ and the peaks are bathed in a golden hue. We stopped at the viewpoint along the A82 road to take in the full view, and the surrounding mist gave the ⛰️ an almost mystical feel.
📍The Three Sisters, Glencoe, PH49 4HX, Scotland
We then headed to the Glencoe Visitor Centre. This is a great spot 👍 to learn about the history and geology of the area. The visitor centre is family-friendly, and there’s a café ☕️ where we stopped for a quick refreshment.
From here, we took a short drive 🚗 to Lochan na h-Achlaise, a picturesque loch located near the village of Ballachulish. The loch is surrounded by mountains 🏔️ and offers stunning reflections, making it a prime spot for photography 📸 The best time to capture this is around mid-morning ⛅️ when the water is still and the light starts to highlight the surrounding peak ✨
📍Glencoe Visitor Centre, Glencoe, PH49 4HX, Scotland
We also explored Buachaille Etive Mòr, one of Scotland’s most iconic mountains ⛰️ This mountain is immediately recognizable with its distinctive pyramid shape and offers some of the best hiking 🥾 in the area. We took the route starting from the A82, which led us through the dramatic landscapes of the River Etive and the surrounding glens. The hike here offers incredible photo opportunities 😍 especially when you get closer to the summit and look back down the valley. We recommend spending a couple of hours here if you enjoy hiking and photography, but even if you’re just visiting for the views, it’s worth stopping by for the iconic shot 🙌
📍Buachaille Etive Mòr, PH49 4HZ, Scotland
⭐️ We would recommend you to start early as morning light in Glencoe is perfect for photography, especially if you want to capture the landscapes in softer, more atmospheric light ✨
I’d highly recommend this itinerary if you’re looking to capture the rugged beauty of the Scottish Highlands 🙌🙌🙌

Godly Himalayan reflections ❤️
The view of the Himalaya from Pokhara, Nepal 🇳🇵 is just astounding, and the reflection in the lake is just unforgettable.
Everyone should see the Himalaya, whether from Nepal or China at some point in their lives.
I swear I’ve ever seen something so beautiful. Next time I’ll be on Tibet side just to compare, and I’m sure it will be just as pretty.
Go and give them some love.🧡#nepal #himalaya #trip #reflection #lake #nature
Trip to Dolomites, Italy 🇮🇹
It was a trip to Dolomites, Italy 🇮🇹 We started our day with a visit to Lago di Braies, one of the most photographed spots in the Dolomites 🙌 The lake’s crystal-clear waters and the towering peaks surrounding it make for the perfect morning ☀️ photo op. We arrived early, around 8 AM, to avoid the crowds and catch the soft light of the morning ✨
The lake is simply mesmerizing at sunrise 🌅 with the colors reflecting beautifully on the still water. We spent about an hour walking around the lake, snapping pictures 📸 and enjoying the tranquility before the area began to fill up.
📍Lago di Braies, 39030 Braies, South Tyrol, Italy
After soaking in the beauty of Lago di Braies, we hopped onto the Dolomite Scenic Drive (SS51), which is a breathtaking 😍 route that weaves through the heart of the Dolomites. The drive offers several scenic viewpoints where you can stop for quick photo breaks 📸
One of the most stunning viewpoints is near the town of Cortina d’Ampezzo, where you get an incredible view of the Tofane Mountain range 🏔️ The dramatic peaks, especially with the late morning light ✨ create the perfect backdrop for photos 📸 📍SS51, Dolomites, Italy
We then headed to Seceda, a stunning spot accessible via a cable car 🚠 ride from Ortisei. The sweeping views from the top are simply jaw-dropping. The broad green meadows of Alpe di Siusi below, framed by the jagged peaks of the Dolomites, make for perfect photo opportunities 💯
We explored the area, taking in the panoramic views and stopping at various points along the way to snap pictures 📸 The best light for photography here is in the afternoon when the peaks are bathed in soft sunlight ✨ We spent a couple of hours hiking 🥾 the area and taking in the landscape, which truly felt like something out of a postcard 🙌
📍Seceda, 39046 Ortisei, South Tyrol, Italy
⭐️ I would advise you to start the trip early as Dolomites can get crowded, especially around popular spots like Lago di Braies.
🥾 There are some short hikes involved, so be sure to wear sturdy footwear for walking around the lakes and exploring the mountains 🙌🙌🙌

Bucket List Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Experience! 🎈Some useful tips!
#magicalxmastrip
Floating above the magical landscapes of Cappadocia is a bucket-list experience, but there are a few things to keep in mind to make the most of it. Here’s your guide to having a perfect hot air balloon adventure!
🌅 1. Wake Up Early
Hot air balloon rides take place at sunrise when the weather conditions are most stable. Be prepared for an early start—pick-ups usually happen around 4–5 AM—but trust me, seeing the sun rise over the fairy chimneys is absolutely worth it.
🎈 2. Choose Your Tour Wisely
When booking your balloon tour, pay attention to two things: the duration and the number of people in the basket. Smaller groups of 16–20 passengers offer a more comfortable and pleasant experience compared to larger baskets with 24+ people. Longer flights (60–90 minutes) will give you extra time to take in the views.
📸 3. Enjoy the View from the Ground
If flying isn’t your thing or the tours are fully booked, watching the balloons from below is still magical. Head to popular spots like Sunset Point in Göreme or the nearby valleys to see dozens of colorful balloons filling the sky—it’s a photographer’s dream.
🥾 4. Dress in Layers
Mornings in Cappadocia can be chilly, even in summer, so wear layers to stay warm. Comfortable shoes are also a must, as the landing area can be uneven.
⭐ Top Tip: Book your balloon ride well in advance—it’s an incredibly popular activity, and spots fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons!
Whether you’re soaring through the sky or admiring the balloons from the ground, Cappadocia’s hot air balloon experience is an unforgettable way to witness the beauty of this stunning region.

Exploring Devils Tower in Wyoming: A Natural Wonder You Can’t Miss 🇺🇸
#2024mapped
Rising dramatically from the rolling landscape, Devils Tower in Wyoming is one of the most striking natural landmarks in the United States. Known as America’s first national monument, this giant formation is surrounded by legend, adventure, and incredible scenery. Here’s everything you can do at this iconic spot!
🧗♂️ 1. Go Rock Climbing
If you’re up for a challenge, Devils Tower is a dream for climbers. With its vertical columns and unique texture, it’s one of the best spots for crack climbing in the country. Even if you’re not a climber, watching others scale the tower from below is awe-inspiring.
📍 Tip: May and June are peak climbing months, but there’s a voluntary climbing closure in June out of respect for Native traditions.
🥾 2. Hike the Trails
The area offers scenic trails for all levels. The Tower Trail, a 1.3-mile loop, circles the base of Devils Tower and gives you jaw-dropping views from every angle. For fewer crowds, try the Red Beds Trail, a 2.8-mile loop that showcases the surrounding forest and open meadows.
📍 Trailhead Address: Devils Tower Visitor Center
📸 3. Capture Stunning Views
Whether you’re visiting at sunrise, sunset, or under a starry sky, Devils Tower is a photographer’s paradise. The contrast between the towering columns and the surrounding plains makes for stunning shots. Don’t miss the chance to photograph it at night—the dark skies here are perfect for stargazing and astrophotography.
🌾 4. Learn About Native American Culture
Devils Tower, known as “Bear Lodge” to many Native tribes, holds deep cultural significance. Stop by the visitor center to learn about the Native legends surrounding the tower, including its creation story. Be respectful as you explore—many Native American tribes consider this a sacred site.
🦌 5. Wildlife Spotting
Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife! Prairie dogs are everywhere near the base, and their little towns are fun to observe. You might also spot deer, hawks, or even bald eagles soaring above the monument.
⭐ Top Tips:
Get There Early – The Tower Trail can get busy, so an early morning visit means fewer crowds and cooler temps.
Bring Binoculars – Whether for wildlife spotting or watching climbers on the tower, a pair of binoculars is super handy.
Check the Night Sky – Devils Tower is part of a designated dark sky area, making it perfect for stargazing.
From hiking and climbing to soaking in cultural history and natural beauty, Devils Tower is one of Wyoming’s most unforgettable stops. Whether you’re here for the adventure or simply to admire this incredible formation, it’s a destination that’ll stay with you long after you leave.

London's Hidden Oasis: A Plant Lover's Paradise at Kew Gardens
If you're in London and looking for an outdoor spot with fewer tourists, I highly recommend Kew Gardens (Royal Botanic Gardens). Located in the southwest of London, this botanical garden is a paradise for plant enthusiasts. It spans a vast area and boasts one of the world's finest plant collections and stunning Victorian-era greenhouse architecture (such as the Palm House and the Temperate House). The garden cultivates over 50,000 plant species, including many endangered ones. The Temperate House is the largest Victorian greenhouse in the world, and walking through it feels like traversing a plant kingdom from around the globe. The Waterlily House and the Japanese Garden offer visitors a completely different visual experience. Whether you're admiring the giant water lilies or enjoying the serene stone garden, you'll find it very therapeutic.
Due to its vast size, I highly recommend spending a whole day there if you enjoy leisurely strolls and taking your time to appreciate everything.

Walking through nature in France.
This is a large park spanning several kilometers, featuring forests, rivers, and various factories. It is located between Champs-sur-Marne and Parc de Noisiel. I walked about 4-6 kilometers and still didn't cover the entire area. School children come here for field trips to study the wildflowers and trees. There are signs in French indicating which plants are dangerous and should not be touched or eaten. For those who can't read French, it's best not to touch anything to avoid allergic reactions. The natural scenery is stunning, with various animals to observe. There are activities like kayaking, cycling, hiking, and environmental learning. Many people come here to exercise and walk their pets. In the afternoons, the sun is out, and the weather is not too cold. As you walk, you keep discovering new things, making it an enjoyable experience. It takes several days to explore the entire park. If you love nature and tranquility, you won't be disappointed.

An appealing and challenging outdoor adventure@The Niah National Park.
#outdooradventure#nature#sarawak#nationalpark
The Niah National Park is nestled in:
📍98200 Miri, Sarawak.
The park is known for the site where the oldest human remains were discovered. It has multiple caves with impressive and archeological sites.
We had hikes about 6 hours to reach the Niah
Cave.
I literally love the natural surroundings, there is dense primary rain forest which is home to many species of plants and wildlife. If you are lucky enough, you can spot some wild animals such as Hornbill, Monkeys and various type of insects and snails.
One of the reasons Niah became World Heritage Site is there are 7 types of burials at the Hell Trench where the Deep Skull was found. I'm truly enjoyed learning about the 40000 year old Deep Skull. Overall, it was really an appealing and challenging outdoor adventure!
⏩ Visitors must register first, admission ticket for Malaysian is RM10, also prepare RM2 for the boat ride before the hike.
⏩ Be noted to bring a torchlight, drink and good walking shoes, plus gloves to hold on to the railings as there is a lot of bat poop.

🇱🇰 Safari Ride through Minneriya National Park
Minneriya National Park, located in Sri Lanka’s north-central province, is home to hundreds of Asian elephants that thrive near the ancient Minneriya Tank, a reservoir constructed about 1,700 years ago. One of the best ways to experience the park’s rich wildlife and scenic beauty is by taking a safari jeep ride. We rented a jeep from Sigiriya and arrived at the park entrance within an hour. Our journey took us through forested areas until we reached the Minneriya Tank, where we saw herds of elephants and buffaloes by the water. The open-air jeep offered us an unobstructed view of the landscape and wildlife.

Kusu Island: One of the Southern Islands of SG
Looking for a weekend getaway without leaving Singapore? Why not book a ferry trip to one of the smaller islands of Singapore? Kusu Island is one of the islands located south of the main island of Singapore. Tickets can easily be bought online with the 1 hour journey ride starting from Marina South Pier. The spots we were able to see are Da Bogong Temple, the wishing well that you'll pass by on the elevated walkway to the temple, the tortoise sanctuary, and the lagoons. If you're doing a DIY tour, I recommend just laying a mat and do a picnic by the grass, the water is calm with soft lulling sound. It's definitely relaxing. I enjoyed the sceneries most specifically how the temple's architecture contrasts with the blue skies. The weather also made the photos taken much nicer due to the sunlight. It was a fun tour. I'll surely follow this up with planning a visit to Lazarus Island.
Explore These Gems Outside Taipei
#voyagevibes
Going out of Taipei, Taiwan still has a lot to offer. There's more of nature attractions, unique activities and whimsical places to visit. My friends and I opted to do a DIY tour outside Taipei. We rode a very adventurous crowded public bus and trains. We visiter Taiwan on a November and even though there's a bit of rain, we still pushed through with our plans. We visited the majestic Shifen Waterfalls. There are lots of viewpoints and food options scattered around the waterfalls. Be sure to bring jackets when visiting as it's cold due to the weather and the splash coming from the falls. Another activity we did was to light sky lanterns along the train tracks. We also ate xiao long bao and noodles here. We then proceeded to go see A-Mei Tea House which inspired the Studio Ghibli film, Spirited Away. The tea house was so pretty. It feels magical with all the lanterns lighted up around the area and on the building. The place is super crowded though, take note. It also doesn't help that it's still drizzling. We tried the peanut ice cream roll here. We were also able to dine in the tea house itself and get tea as it was really very cold. Our ride back to Taipei is a bus which we were able to catch by queueing. It was overall a memorable experience. Will come back again.

Welcome to Kazakhstan🇰🇿
This is my first post in Trip.com and I would like to share my experience of traveling to Almaty region, Kazakhstan.
The 1st posture is taken in:
📍Address:Kolsay lake 🕰️Business Hours: the best time to visit is around 9:00-10:00 am at summer because it is quite busy after this time. Very beautiful lake in 3 hours drive from Almaty.
📍Address:Saty village : The best way to feel this area gorgeousness is to stay at the closest village Saty. Personally I have enjoyed Kolsay Eco house! It was new, clean and tidy. The third photo was shot there, from the backyard of guest house. We have tried the food in the village restaurants and as a Kazakh native I can say that it was not as tasty as in guest house.
📍Address:Kaiyndy lake: this lake name is literally means “birch” lake. As you can see there is trees in the water. This lake is placed in the remote area in the National park and the driving by yourself is hard unless you have a specially equipped truck that can pass through the couple of little lakes. Fortunately there is trucks in the Saty village. For around 30-40 USD for the whole truck (around 4-6 seats) you can buy their service.
That’s it for the first post! Stay tuned to know more about my trips and Kazakhstan)) Peace ✌️ #familytrip ##nature #localguides
🇱🇰 Minneriya Tank
The Minneriya Tank is a remarkable ancient reservoir in Sri Lanka’s north-central province, near the town of Minneriya. Built around the 3rd century AD by King Mahasen, this reservoir was originally constructed to support agriculture in the region. It collects and stores rainwater from the surrounding hills during the monsoon season, providing essential water resources for farming and local communities throughout the year, even during dry spells.
In the dry season (July to October), the tank's receding water levels expose grassy plains, creating a lush feeding ground for wildlife, particularly Asian elephants. This unique ecosystem supports the annual “Gathering of Elephants,” a rare phenomenon where hundreds of elephants converge around the tank for water, food, and social interaction. The area also attracts a variety of other wildlife, including buffaloes, deer, and numerous bird species.
