Bari - Puglia This amazing city over the Mediterranean sea has something magic that can’t be explained. The down town, means the old part of the city is something really timeless. All the matron are on the street making orecchiette this typical type of pasta. you can buy it straight from them, you can see how the make it and have it right away. people are friendly and very very funny. you have to try the focaccia which is absolutely a must in Bari. and their beer is the Peroni. very good and fresh blond beer. loved this place. the airport is well connected to the city center and also the main train station has a quick transfer to the city center. #spooktaculartrip #tripblazers #fallingforfall #puglia #italy #bari

I’ve wanted to visit Alberobello for so long and finally at the end of 2024 I can tick it off my bucket list. It really is a fairytale place. It’s so nice just walking around the streets and so interesting that many people still live in these Trulli. There are some great museums housed inside some of the larger Trulli complexes and there are people who even open their homes to tourists, so you can see how, even today people live in these dwellings some of which date from the 14th century. I arrived early morning via coach from Bari and there were hardly any tourists around, from late morning onwards it did start to get busier, so if possible I would advise arriving early then even more magical experience. #getgoing2025 #trulli #trullihouses #alberobello #italy #bari #puglia #apulia

It is a wonderful place with many pedestrian streets maybe longer than 3-4km and some fortresses, castles and amazing italian architecture.
