💕Delicious Foods and Drinks at Mier 💕

It was my first time trying Mier Dessert & Pattiserie in Malang. The place wasn't really big, because it was in a "ruko", but enough and comfy. Drinks were all tasted good! The coffee was good, green tea blend was good and not too sweet, so was the strawberry drink. We ordered a croissant sandwich, and salad, and they were all great. The service was also good. Although the price was pretty expensive, but it was worth the taste and portions. #foodie #malang

This new space at Matos (Malang Town Square) Malang has a huge fake grass field, and western styled house fronts. They even decorated the place with christmas things. Staying in glamping is 660k (600k + 60k tax) Convenient for the bathroom and bedroom But if a neighbor brings a child and is crying, it will be heard clearly. The view is not aesthetic, perhaps lights could be installed below. There were lots of insects too, but I wasn't bothered because it was still a camping theme. The breakfast was delicious, crispy chicken, but I forgot to get mine so it was only delivered at 7 at 8 o'clock😅 The food at the cafe is pretty good, the rice is still hot for the price of 20k, it's really worth it. It's a shame that Krik Krik doesn't have any songs There aren't many choices of seats either Maybe the landscape can be improved in the cafe area To get here, you have to be careful because it's only one route. Sunrise at active volcano Mt. Bromo

Waking up at 00:30 in Malang to catch the sunrise at the active volcano Mount Bromo. The trip from Malang is approx. 3 hours by jeep, to then catch the sunrise at King Kong Hill viewpoint at 4:30 AM. After the sunrise we went around various viewpoints in the national park, however the absolute highlight of the trip was the volcano crater rim itself. Getting there is a short 1.5 km hike from a parking area in “the sea of sand”, a huge flat area made up of volcanic sand. From the rim of the crater you are able to see directly into the smoking active volcano, hear its angry roars and feel the ground trembling beneath you. Absolute surreal experience, and the landscape around the national park is just completely otherworldly. You can either go here yourself from the village of Cemoro Lawang, take a motorbike or book a tour. Make sure to get here early though, because it can get quite crowded. And please be considerate and do not support the horse riding industry from the sea of sand to the crater. One day Guided Motor Trail To Bromo from Malang

We start in the morning at about 8 from the hotel in Malang and gather in the base camp for gear check and briefing. At 9 we start the trip with an English/Japanese speaking guide through the national road until we get in to the country road which is sometimes rough, curvy, hilly, up and down and full of beautiful views along the way. The trip before off road track takes about 4 hour include stopping at the waterfall. The off road track is not a heavy and difficult, but its fun and challenging. We usually extend our stay in the sand dune if the sky is clear for a wonderful sunset. Most foreigners bypassed all this astheir target is to visit Mt Bromo from this sizeable City. This is Diavel Dining and Brew. It had a cool concept, because the owner was a motorcycle enthusiast, so this cafe had some bikes inside. Not only the cool views of big (and expensive) bikes, and the nice interior design, but the foods and drinks here are surprisingly good, too! Went here for the first time, since this place was so famous on social media. This is an old place, but lately some new eateries and cafes have been opened here. I initially wanted to try Peng Yu Kopitiam, but it turned out there wasn't any table left for us (it was all outdoor & semi outdoor setting with no air-con with so many people smoking cigarettes). And they ran out of all the snacks menu, so no Kaya Toast. What kind of kopitiam that doesn't have any Kaya Toast!? So I went to Local Coffee instead. The place was nice, aircon-ed, comfy, with music. They sell many kinds of foods and drinks, and they were all good! This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Malang. If you miss being in Bali but can't go there, this hotel can be your remedy. It has a babi guling (kind of balinese pork) restaurant, big pool, Balinese music, some animals and green plants. Makes you feel like you're in Bali. Not to mention that the babi guling was really good there, and because the owner themselves were Balinese. The rooms were comfy and not too small. And the atmosphere was very calm and quiet.
