I booked this experience having no idea what to expect but with a love of Chinese culture and also so many places on my list to visit here in China the ‘see all of China in one day’ convinced me and did not disappoint! I am a solo traveller but perfect for all! There is definitely something for everyone to enjoy and especially a good experience for kids to be immersed in the culture, (I’m sure it’s nothing like they’ve ever seen before!) They recommend seeing the miniature park in the morning then head to the fold town for all the shows in the afternoon / evening 🕰️Business Hours:10am to 9pm 🏖️Ambiance/Facilities:Lockers and plenty of reasonably priced food available many snacks and vending machines - no need to bring anything! 🎨 Singapore National Gallery was a highlight of my trip to Singapore! You can spend hours wandering around their four levels, filled to the brim with stunning art. Entry is free to Singapore residents, but you'll have to buy a ticket if you are traveling here. If you are a teacher, bring your school ID and you can get a discounted ticket! 🖼️ Singapore's National Gallery is home to the largest collection of Southeast Asian art in the world! The building itself is the former Supreme Court and City Hall buildings, allowing for plenty of space and beautiful architecture. There are also restaurants in the building. 🖌️ There are plenty of different exhibits that revolve, as well as an abundance of permanent exhibits in the gallery. I spent an entire afternoon here and I could have spent even longer, it was so beautiful. Happy blessed birthday to myself today which happened to be Vesak Day as well! After four long years of not travelling and dealing with the hassle of taking leave now, I finally managed to take a short trip to Da Nang. Stayed at the brand new Voco Ma Belle Danang, a 27-storey hotel that’s been open for less than a year. It offers panoramic views of the coastline and cityscape and is just a stone’s throw from the soft sands of My Khe Beach, and perfect for exploring nearby attractions. • The hotel was a stylish mix of timber, teal, and grey finishes, accented with Voco’s signature bright yellow. Upon checking in, I was greeted with complimentary mango macaron and check-in was a breeze. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite on the 21st floor with sea view and it was incredibly spacious, with a large living area, kitchenette, massive walk-in wardrobe, and a private balcony with stunning views. Oh, and the lovely big bathtub is a perfect touch! • The hotel also boasts a luxurious spa and a gym with a view. As for the dining options, there are three restaurants and bars, including Lyla for all-day dining and the Lobby Lounge. The rooftop infinity pool and Ciela Skybar and Dining are perfect for those who love watching the sunset over the Danang seafront. Would I go back again? 🏙️ The Promontory Marina Bay - the photo with the DREAM sign was around The Promontory. The photo is from 2019, but I believe it is still up and you can find it along your walk around the bay. It’s a beautiful place to walk around any time of day. It’s really beautiful in the evenings as all the lights come on. 
⛲️ Jewel Changi Airport - if you have a longer stay in Singapore but not long enough to explore the city. Consider leaving the airport to go and visit the Jewel at Changi which is located in the middle of all terminals, but the way to get in is through Terminal 1.
 🌳 Gardens by the Bay - it’s not a visit to Singapore if you don’t go for a walk around Gardens by the Bay. Visiting the gardens is free unless you want to do the skywalk, Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. If you haven’t done them before and have time, I recommend taking the time to do them. Especially the Cloud Forest!

This was a one day trip that we had been planning for almost three months. We set out at 0530am from Guiyang to Libo. We used a personal car to drive to & fro. It was a journey of more than 200km. We arrived & bought our tickets after signing in (due to Covid reasons, foreigners have to fill in their travel history & show their green health code for entry) We set out for what was to be a beautiful & amazing day. The place is very big & there are buses included in the entry fee, so once inside it’s easy to move from one scenic spot to the other. There are many places to visit so don’t waste time on one scene. There are more than 3 kinds of waterfalls, all so beautiful. There are spots where one can play in the water so bring an extra pair of sandals or slopes. If you have a child with you, they’ll definitely want to get into the water so bring an extra change of clothes. There are lots of people even during the week so you’ll need to take turns to experience the various activities like boating. There is also a cave where you can see beautiful natural infrastructure inside, oh so colorful. The last scene is the most famous one from history, the bridge with seven arches. Overall it was a wonderful experience. There is one particular eating where I had rice & chicken thighs for lunch, tasty! When I planned my trip to Kuala Lumpur, I knew I wanted to visit Thean Hou. From KLCC, I used Grab to take a car across to the temple area, I actually left at around 9am to miss the crowds. This was really helpful for getting good photos before the crowds. Thean Hou is not far to travel too, it was pretty cheap in the Grab car. Entry is free so you can explore for as long as you wish while paying nothing. After walking around the temple, you should make sure you check out the small shop beneath the temple. It’s filled with Malaysian gifts and obscure souvenirs. I bought some of my unique gifts in this shop, I saw them no where else. I can’t vouch enough for the beauty of Shangtianzhu Temple, also known as Faxi Temple located in the lush green vegetation surrounding West Lake. It’s not as popular as other temples surrounding the lake BUT it’s the most impressive temple I’ve ever been to in China (Mind you, I’ve been to a lot!) Accessible by a mountain alley, Faxi Temple 法喜寺 offers a stunning view of the surroundings! 🌿🕊⛰ It was built on the slope of Tianzhu mountain. The atmosphere is so serene! It’s one of those temples where you really feel Zen and connected to nature. The temple is MASSIVE! The architecture is gorgeous and vividly colourful 😍 The walls of halls with deities are covered with beautiful paintings and carvings. The outside is decorated with streamers and lanterns. You’ll see monks walking around as it’s a Buddhist Temple. I was lucky to have a glimpse of a Buddhist prayer ceremony 🤲 The temple also has a vegetarian restaurant. I also spotted a souvenir shop at the exit. Entrance 🎟 ➡️ 10¥ only and you’re also given incense sticks. The ticket office is at the entrance or you can also buy tickets by scanning a QR code there with Alipay. Address ➡️ No. 338, Tianzhu Road (天竺路338 号） How to go ➡️ I took a taxi from Fengqi Road metro 🚇 station. It took about 30-40 mins to reach.
