Last year we made a special trip to stay there and it was really impressive. This hotel is very courteous, with both modern and Japanese room types to choose from. We certainly didn't want to miss out on either model and tried to give it a try. But in truth, the room, although good, but compared to the public area, really slightly inferior. Once I walked into the public area, wow, it was like traveling to another world. The sophisticated elegance of Japanese style blends perfectly with modern fashion, with every corner resembling an elaborate work of art. Traditional Japanese garden elements, such as elegant withered mountains and rivers, with modern lighting effects, looking down at night, light and shadow intertwined, super atmospheric. The service of the hotel is also very good, the staff is friendly and answer all questions. The location is convenient, with many restaurants and convenience stores in the surrounding area. If you’re planning a trip to Tokyo and looking for a hotel with character and luxury, Tokyo Meguro Yasuen is definitely worth putting on your short list. Once you get out of the hotel, walk a few steps to the subway station, which is easy to access various attractions in Osaka. It takes a few stops to reach Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. If you want to go to the Umeda business district, you don't have to transfer. 🍜Free supper ramen: When I got back to the hotel at night, when my stomach was growling with hunger, there was even free ramen! The arrangement of this supper ramen is really heartwarming! The soup is rich, the noodles are refreshing, and the ingredients are plentiful. After eating a whole bowl, the whole person is warm and super satisfied! 🥪Breakfast: The hotel offers a wide range of breakfast options, with Japanese-style sashimi, sushi, and miso soup, as well as Western-style bread, sausages, eggs, fresh fruit, and a variety of drinks. I recently visited Osaka, Japan, and stayed at an incredible hotel that I must share with everyone! I didn't have high expectations for accommodations in Osaka, especially after a disappointing stay at the W Hotel near Shinsaibashi. This time, I chose the newly opened Four Seasons Hotel Osaka, which opened in August, mainly because other hotels didn't seem appealing. But as soon as I entered the room, I was amazed! The view from the bathroom corner was fantastic, and I immediately felt that Umeda is the real Osaka. I stayed in a Premier Corner Suite, which is 69 square meters. Although it's not the largest suite, the layout is well-designed, and it doesn't feel small at all. The hotel is very new, and the hardware meets Four Seasons standards. The materials and actual appearance are even better than the pictures, especially the bathroom. The light-colored design doesn't contrast strongly, which makes it less photogenic. The room had no odor, although the hallway had a slight smell. However, the room was well-ventilated and clean. The suite faces south, so it gets good natural light, and the layout is nice, except for a giant load-bearing column in the living room that's a bit of an eyesore. There's also a large walk-in closet, but unfortunately, no guest bathroom. The shower curtain is manual, so if you want to enjoy the view, you have to pull the curtain yourself. The service was standard. The front desk staff were not particularly enthusiastic by Japanese standards, but they were efficient and competent. Housekeeping was thorough and timely. I must praise the complimentary shoe-shining service. My white shoes, which were in terrible condition after a night out, were restored to their original state by the hotel. It was impressive! As for dining, breakfast was a semi-buffet with ordinary taste and limited choices. You could only choose one main dish, which I find stingy for Japanese hotels.
