Great Family Getaway

Brilliant 3 night stay at the Calimera hotel. The resort is absoutley huge!! The food: Its endless with everything to choose from and an unbelievable range of different tastes. Our personal favourite was "4pm coffee and cake time" which was like a full meal in itself. Continental breakfast, hand made pancakes and bbq on the beach were all favourites too!! The entertainment: Fantastic!! Foam party's to firework disco's, my 8 and 10 year olds loved it!! A special shout to Okan in the entertainment team. He was really friendly and brilliant fun. Pools: Loads of huge swimming pools, a toddlers pool and 2 fantastic aqua parks. There is outdoor and indoor too The pools are lovely, the slides etc were lots of fun and for all ages. Also would like to include: The Italian a-la-carte resturaunt is a must, it was one of the highlights of our holiday!! The bus trip to Side (£36 for a family of 4) was well worth doing. We left the hotel at 10am, had a stroll around central side and got picked up at 3pm. The hotel reception staff spoke perfect English and we're all really polite and helpful. Down the Li River

Getting There - I rented an electric scooter 🛵 close to Xingping Pier for 30 yuan for the day then started riding in the direction of the 20 yuan note scenic spot. The place is very easy to spot. Attractions - While cruising along the river in your motorized bamboo raft which seats 4 people, you will get to see so many beautiful views. It is truly a photographer’s paradise. You will pass by the famous site on the 20 yuan note, 9 horses mountain .etc. The raft leaves when it has 4 people, but you can pay for the extra seats if you are traveling alone or you can wait for 3 other people to ride with. Ladies and gentlemen let me present to you the best rooftop pool view ever in Hangzhou city! 🥂😎👙 Blueme Sky Bar is part of the Mangata hotel on the top floor of the Hangzhou Yin Building along the Qiantang River which separates the city into two gigantic plots of land! If you aren’t a resident of the hotel, you can still have access to the pool with an entrance fee of 198¥ which allows you to laze there as long as you desire. Make sure you don’t go too late as they close access to the pool by 7 pm ish. There are ladies and men’s locker rooms with a locker to keep your bags and showers where you’re provided with towels, shower gel & shampoo. The bar also has a menu with snacks and cocktails which are pricey. If you caught the rooftop pool chill vibe, you might want to grab a cocktail just to enjoy the moment🍹 and this amazing view of the city 😍 How to go ➡️ We took a 🚕 from the city centre. 4 days trip to Rome

Collection of photos from Roma and the Vatican. The city often mentioned in books and stories, I'm finally here. The architecture of this place is no doubt truly amazing, the square of Ancient Rome, the Pantheon and the Colosseum were all breath taking places just to look at. However, I would have to stress that this city's security is definitely not the best, maybe because it's a huge place full of tourists but let me tell you, the thieves are real and I've almost had my bag stolen in the metro yesterday so if you every were to come, stay alert for thieves! But other than that, everything else was arguably decent, locals were nice and the city was easily manoeuvrable on public transport while most of the main sites were concentrated in the same area, big thumbs up for that! #rome #summerholiday #Italy
