#DomesticTravelRecord I went to the Omotesando branch of ANGELINA, a cafe that is very popular in Paris 💗 Everywhere in Omotesando, there are lines! It's like there's nowhere you won't have to wait in line, so I gave up and decided to join the line 😌 I waited in line for about 30 minutes before being ushered into the store. Everything is just too cute!!! Their famous Mont Blanc is here, but I was hungry so I ordered the Mont Blanc to go, the photogenic avocado toast, lasagna, and onion soup that my friend who went to the main store in Paris said was delicious 🫕 For drinks, I had chocolate glacé and chestnut tea 🫖 The chocolate glacé was not too sweet and was just the right amount, so it was easy to drink 🌰 The avocado toast was also so lovely, with the avocados arranged like roses 😍 Healthy ingredients like nuts and radishes were used 🥜 And the elaborate lasagna was cute to look at and incredibly delicious!! ! I heard it's hard to get a reservation, so I booked well in advance for a Monday. They serve Western-style dishes for lunch and French cuisine for dinner. It was simply the best. It's highly recommended to get this quality of food at this price. We had a course meal and opened 5 bottles of wine among 4 people, costing about 15,000 yen per person. They also allow you to bring your own wine. The course menu changes daily based on the ingredients available that day. ◼️ Fried Mehikari Bite-sized pieces with a squeeze of lemon. The frying was perfect, and everyone's eyes lit up from the first dish. ◼️ Shrimp Cutlet and Curry-flavored Samosa Even though it was another fried dish, it wasn't heavy and was great as a snack. Nippara Cave in Okutama, Tokyo, is beautifully lit up. I went there in the summer, and it was so cool inside the cave, it was the best place! The colorful lighting was just too beautiful... Even if you find it difficult to set up your camera because so many different colors are used, you can take stylish photos by setting it to Auto! I'm not good at taking photos of night scenes or dark rooms, but I was able to take some great photos in Auto mode. It sparkled like jewels, and it was a very stylish space. I enjoyed Alexander Calder's solo exhibition "Calder: Sway, Feel, Japan," which is being held at Azabudai Hills Gallery (Azabudai Hills Garden Plaza A MB floor) from Thursday, May 30, 2024 to Friday, September 6, 2024. Calder is known for inventing the "mobile" as a pioneer of kinetic art. Photography is allowed in the exhibition hall, and I was able to capture many of the wonderful art works in photos. This is Calder's first solo exhibition in Tokyo in about 35 years. It is composed of about 100 pieces of work other than "mobiles," such as the still abstract work "Stable," oil paintings, and drawings. You can leave your belongings in the dedicated locker room, so please leave them there and enjoy the exhibition!
