Staff was so friendly ,I felt comfortable with them and they made me feel so welcome. The rooms were very clean and very nice, I would recommend anyone else to stay at this location and I shall return if needed. This was one of my best hotel experience in a long time. Thanks again.

We stayed in Motel 6, Hollywood from 2 June to 6 June 2023. This hotel is only about 100 mts away from Hollywood Blvd and the famous Walk of Fame. It’s about 5-10 minutes' walk from a variety of attractions including Dolby Theatre, TCL Theatre, Hollywood Wax Museum and various other museums like Guinness Museum, Hollywood Museum, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, Capitol Records Building, Madame Tussauds Hollywood, Death Museum etc. Universal Studios Hollywood is 3 miles away. Reception staff was not at all polite and they just did their duty of checking-in. They were not helpful in any manner and once we understood their behavior, we just avoided them. In fact the guy was very rude. The reception area looked like a mediocre lodge and the property is not well maintained. However, room was clean and was provided with TV, mini refrigerator, telephone, tea/coffee maker, iron box and free Wi-Fi. Bathroom had essential toiletries. There were loud noises coming from the corridor, even at mid-night. Though bed was comfortable, sleep was not comfortable for the noises coming from outside. Breakfast is not provided, however, free tea/coffee and a microwave facility is provided in the ground floor. A vending machine for snacks and drinks is kept nearby. There are plenty of eateries and bars not far off in Hollywood Blvd. Housekeeping is very poor. We made some request, which was never attended. We could see bottles and waste kept near the elevator and in the corridor. Often took the staircase, as we need to wait long time for the very old and slow moving elevator. There is a self- operated coin laundry, but, it was the most expensive laundry during all my stays in US. They charged $5 for one trip of washing and drying, whereas it was $3 in all other hotels. Metro station is only about 10 minutes walking distance. The street from Hollywood Blvd to the motel mostly look deserted and it is bit scary, especially in the evenings. You can find lot of drug ******* and homeless hanging around that area. Despite the price being high, I didn’t have high expectations of this place as Hollywood is expensive and you won’t get a good hotel for this price. However, that is not an excuse for rude behavior of staff and poor maintenance of the property. Overall, not happy with the stay and will never return.

4 of us rented two rooms with two queen beds for three nights. Unfortunately the rooms have not been updated or maintained so you're dealing with rattling windows that don't close all the way, caulk coming off of the tub, poor ventilation in the bathroom, only one drawer to try and share, worn carpet, and one small nightstand to share. There is also significant air in the pipes so when you turn on the water at the one small sink the air causes the water to shoot all over the very small countertop. For a room with two queen beds the bathroom is very small and there is no storage. Also; the sink didn't drain well. The main pool area is crowded because they don't have the bar open at the other pool that's available. Also, the hot tub is filled with children 95% of the time which doesn't allow adults to enjoy it. On Friday evening we dropped in at the lobby bar to have a nightcap. The bar was short staffed and the bartender was in an exasperated state so was quite rude. The only bright spot for our stay was the food quality from the JWB restaurant. The prices are ridiculous but at least the food was delicious. With fees and taxes we spent over $500 per night. I've stayed at much better maintained hotels for half that price. Will definitely stay elsewhere the next time we're in Palm Springs.

This place is DISGUSTING!!! STAY AWAY!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! Stayed here several times for work and each time was SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Always broken things in the room and stuff that doest work and filthy rooms that smell really bad, like really bad B.O.!! The last stay was the WORST experience I have ever had and I have stayed at many Motel 6s throughout the years for my business! The front desk staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly and rude and apparently they live there in several of the rooms also as I see them coming out of them often throughout the day and they are always in a really bad pissed off mood and give you mean looks if you even look at them. The rooms with the sliding glass doors have been broken into so many times, that the staff put broom sticks and thin cheap plastic rods in the sliding glass doors to try and prevent people from breaking into the rooms. You can see all the pry marks in the doors (and even the front doors.) There are huge gaps in the front doors also where the doors dont fit properly and NO PADLOCKS to secure your room from the inside (they have all been removed!!) During my first stay there, the sliding glass door was broken as well as the clothes drawer, both wouldnt even open, and light bulbs were missing in the room and several outlets were inoperable leaving just one (not enough to charge / plug in all my stuff.) During another stay, the whole ceiling above the bathtub was literally caving in and about ready to fall into the bathtub, it was from major water damage and had lots of mold and was hanging on by a hair, SO EXTREMLY DANGEROUS!! After complaining, they showed me another room, but it smelled like someone died in the room and was left there for weeks, literally, neither the guy or me could even go IN the room when he opened the door it smelled so bad, we were gagging, and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned or rented out in years!! He said that was the only room they had left!! During another stay (my LAST) the smoke detector was completely covered up with plastic (so people can smoke in the non smoking room!), the clothes drawers were also broken, and the absolute WORST part of it, the toilet was FULL of human feces and completely clogged and full to the rim with S&^T!!!!! YES, THEY RENTED THE ROOM TO ME THIS WAY AFTER CHARGING ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!!! When I complained about it, the front desk staff just said very rudely, ”you can check out if you dont like the room”!!!!!!!! They said that the maintenance worker wouldnt be there until 8am the next day (this was at 11:30pm at night and after I just drove 10 hrs from another state and had to be up at 7am for work!) Around the pool, you can see rooms FULL of old furniture and junk, this place is the biggest pit hole I have ever seen!! The last time I stayed there and was loading my car to leave, another customer was yelling and shouting out in anger about how bad their room smelled and how the staff refused to help them or do anything a

Carolina the General Manager did not warn anyone about the pool or shut it down for over a week ever thought it looked like blue milk! She said “It’s safe swim in!” So we asked the maintenance man and he said that it was too dangerous and she was “crazy.” She also won’t refund us for checking out early due to cockroaches all over our headboard! They hide behind it and crawl in and out as they please. She claims she “paid terminix” to come out but we watched HER go into the room, turn the sheets over and then leave the room and told the maid to clean it up for the next guest. When we showed her pictures and videos from an Apple phone with time stamps and location she called us liars. As we were leaving we heard her screaming at another couple for “calling the health department on her.” WOW. Can you believe Carolina is the General Manager? She seems like a 5 year old.

The front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay. At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water. We took the Bart from the airport and enjoyed an easy walk to the Hotel. Early check-in was not available when we requested it, 3 days prior to arrival; however, the friendly front desk staff graciously stored it until check-in time. We liked the clean, modern room, great shower water pressure and Cowshed products. Coffee was available; however, tea would have been a nice addition. Sadly, the issue was the location. Although centrally located, there were three transient hotels located directly across from the hotel and the residents hung out day and night. We saw a woman relieve herself on the sidewalk as we boarded an Uber to dinner. Although the Hotel was chic, had a clean, well-appointed room, fun rooftop lounge and friendly staff, we would have to think twice about returning.

Well, first you have to pay an extra 16 USD just to park your car...then they charged me twice, and it took an hour or more to resolve this problem. then there is not even a bottle of water in the room. then the room I had was very noisy, as there is an avenue out side which is very busy and there is traffic noise all night. the shower leaked, so all night I had to hear a drip drip drip it was a cold night and the blanket on the bed was a very thin blanket. I have stayed at cheaper hotels with much...much better conditions.

This hotel is beautiful and the amenities are just what you would expect with a 5* hotel (gym, spa, bar, restaurant). However paying £600 a night, you’d expect to be able to access the spa without an additional cost. It does feel like the hotel doesn’t ‘value’ its guests in this department and is more concerned with its daily visitors. I was disappointed with a lady at front desk (she was a younger asian or hispanic lady). She had promised a 50% discount with parking (Which is $71 per day) and suddenly had amnesia at checkout. She also came across rude and unhelpful. The in room dining staff are brilliant. Special shout out to Wendy & Matthew who went above and beyond during my stay! Unfortunately, the bed smelt strongly of sweat/b.o when we arrived and this was resolved straight away. Other than this, the beds were comfy, the balconies are helpful but could be better in terms of views and furniture. Pros and cons throughout!
