Great location! Not far from the city entrance. You can walk to many attractions from the hotel. The staff so welcoming and helpful. You can book a room with railway pickup service. She gave good recommendations and assist us finding car back to railway station. She even gave hair pin and snack for us to have on the early morning train. The room has some stains on the wall but everything else was clean. It was cozy with all necessary amenities. I wish I can rate more than 5 stars on service.

I loved my stay at the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view of the cableway station, the city, and the beautiful mountains lining the skyline. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the room was filled with adorable, thoughtful, and fun touches . From yummy snacks to high-quality skincare products, every detail was designed to make guests feel pampered and at home. The staff were so sweet and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay, even allowing me to store my luggage after checkout so I could explore Tianmen Mountain. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion enough. The combination of comfort, ideal location, exceptional service, and great value makes this hotel a great pick.

Upon arrival, we are warmly welcome by the counter staff~叶子小姐 who assisted me in checking in to the room. She was so kind to give us a free up grade of having 4 beds (1 king, 1 single and 2 single beds instead of my original 3 beds ~ 1 king, 1 double and 1 single) on top of that, she added me in the WeChat to introduce places of interest to visit and to message her if we needed further assistance. The location is good as malls everywhere near hotel. There is also a karaoke at level 4. Use 大众点评网to book the room. We had a good deal of having singing session for a small room for RMB $40.🤫

Excellent stay at Eryatou Inn! The location is very convenient — a quick walk to the west entrance of Zhangjiajie park and right next to a night market where lots of stalls are selling food (our favorite was a steak stall that served steak, pasta, egg, and a drink for 19.9rmb right in front towards the left facing away from the inn). The hosts were so kind and helpful, helping us plan our days at the park depending on weather, and inviting us to eat sweet potatoes and drink tea in the afternoon/evenings with other guests. They also helped us book our park ticket package and the theatre performance at a discount. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and shower was hot and had good pressure. Excellent value for the stay, we would stay again if we are ever in the area again!

This is an apartment building where different hotel operators take out different floors and we stay at the 10th floor facing the cable car base station (felt so safe staying here knowing where you should go for your journey to Tianmendong on the next day ). My room has a gorgeous view of the mountain ranges further away. It was such an awesome moment to watch an intense sunset with the sky turning from Orange to pink and yellow. Bedsheets and big towels were clean and comfortable On a separate note, I later realised those avatar peaks are all inside ZJJ national park some 1 hour away (separate zone). The famous Tianmendong near to this hotel turned out to be rather touristy and lesser iconic and I will choose to skip when I come back again

The service was amazing. The owners were so kind seeing that we had a young child with us. Breakfast was noodles and each time the amount was huge. Even gave us an extra small bowl for our daughter - one day they even gave her a banana and another day they gave her yogurt 🥰 The bed was very comfy and we slept like babies. The only part that needs improvement is the washroom. There was some mold probably because the shower door doesn’t close. There were massive gaps between the shower door and the glass wall and water just sprayed everywhere. Also the shower hand held handle was hot and cold so don’t use that one. The rain shower head was fine. We never got our hand drawn map despite me asking for one but they did help us buy tickets. Not sure if it was actually cheaper or not but it was convenient for them to help us. Bottled water, toothbrush, and a shower cap was provided. They changed our towels and threw out our garbage every day when we went out. Wonderful stay overall!

Gorgeous hotel! Large rooms, all brand new, smart features, very cozy. Good laundry room. Great customer service. Better than in photos. Please note it does not have Mountain View as advertised, but the hotel is stunning. Tip for my fellow travelers: try the small family owned buffet restaurant for only 13 yuan (!!) per person. The ladies are the sweetest (it is on the left street as you walk out of the hotel, next to the big restaurant, before the corner fruit shop).

It’s conveniently located next to Huangxing Street, only 5-10min walk away. The location is also central to almost all of the famous streets. Very good 5star hotel , rooms are big.

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had in China. Amazing hospitality and the most delicious breakfast everyday. My girlfriend is a picky eater and she devoured their wonton soup. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The bed was very comfy and the view outside of the room was phenomenal. I came to Wulingyuan for all of the amazing hiking and scenery but every morning we wanted to relax in our room because of how cozy it felt. Staff was amazing, and even drove us to get food late in the evening instead of allowing us to call a taxi. He went over the best forest park routes for us and reccomended a great, affordable massage therapist. Ask for therapists #82 & #50. And one of the highlights of our stay that I believe emphasizes the caring nature of the family running the hotel is that the night we arrived, they rescued 2 baby kittens and created a place to shelter them. As animal lovers, we really appreciated that. Cant wait to return!

The hotel is next to the start of the cableway for the Tianmen mountain. Staff is great, the rooms are good (only negative note is the carpet, that is a bit dirty due to many years and also there is some paper on the walls that is not super clean but ok, nothing major). Air conditioning works great, breakfast is good and the service also (room is made every day!). We strongly suggest this place and we will for sure come back

Lovely hotel within 5mins walking distance to the east entrance of the park. We were upgraded to a bigger room as well. WC and shower area both separated. Front desk is helpful, assisting us in booking of park entrance tix + recommending sight seeing routes for us. There’s a small night market right infront of the mall and many restaurants around the hotel. Simple breakfast provided as well

Two friends (including a 77-year-old lady) and I had a great stay at Jiezhi hotel in Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan. The hotel is within easy walk to the East gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The front desk (particularly a girl) is super helpful in suggesting/discussing plans for our visit to the National park and the nearby attractions. As a result, we were able to maximize the 3 days we have according to the daily weather (Huanglong cave and glass bridge on a drizzle day; Yuanjiajie and Tianzi Mountain for a sunny day; and Golden wing stream valley and Huangshizhai for a light rainy day) and had an awesome time! They are also great to accommodate our 77-year-old friend an extra few hours stay as she was tired and did not join us for the last day in the park. This hotel is also within east walking to the best restaurants in Wulingyuan and we had the best Hunan cuisine/food in our life! We would recommend this hotel highly to anyone that stays at/near Zhanjiajie National Park.

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The lady of the hotel is very kind and helpful. She helped us to buy the tickets for the different parks online. Otherwise, we have to stand in the lines to by the tickets. She also gave very good tips how to choose the best viewing routes. Next time, I'll certainly book again in this hotel. The hotel is nearby the cable car entrance of the Tianman park. There are a lots of restuarants in the neighbourhood,

Location: Really nice hostel, located close to Wanming Pagoda. Around 10-15 mins walk from bus stop (A2). Room: Clean and cozy chinese style. Really ❤︎ Service: Great. I cannot find the hostel so a woman from hostel found me and took me to the hostel. She also gave me a map and recommended me the route to travel in whole Fenghuang ancient town. More info: I travelled to Fenghuang ancient town via tourist bus (A2) from Fenghuanggucheng railway station with 26' luggage. I can walk from bus stop to hostel.

Oda was very accommodating and made sure that my stay was as good as could be. I originally had trouble finding the hotel, but Oda went out to find me after I made a call to the hotel. The location is right in the scenic area and has one of the best views of the Furong waterfall. It was an added bonus that I was given a free room upgrade since it was available for the day that I was staying there. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Tianquan Inn for my short trip to Furong Town.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

First time in China I would said I've been treated like a queen. She is very polite n always service with a smile. Strongly recommend anyone who like to visit Phoenix Ancient city to stay with them ” Dien Ni Lai”. N I love their warm noodle that she serve us in the room as well. Highly recommended if your travels bring u to Phoenix Ancient town. Thanks again pretty young lady Ah Siang!!!

The owner of the team here provides warm welcome, advice and assistance with information. The atmosphere is wonderful because it is an ancient village with a river in the middle of it. It is very beautiful and peaceful. The lights at night are like being in heaven. The river is clean and the water is clear. Believe us, if you come here, you will not be disappointed. We also recommend staying here.

Pros- Great location by the river, beautiful and close walking distance to the food shops, famous bridges and the red lady singing on the boat (5-10mins). Clean warm room. Bit of scuff marks and stuff on the walls and wooden furnitures but overall charming, nice and modern and no like stinky smells from the river/mosquitoes/cigarettes etc. Warm showers and has all the standard amenities (hairdryer, soap shampoo, shaver etc). The manager is super friendly and hospitable even though she doesn’t speak English she really tries her best to help. Cons- noisy bars and karaoke until 11pm, tour groups in the morning start like at 7am below the balcony (maybe one or two when I was there 2 days) and 9am construction work starts. The free tour is sadly in Chinese only, and the free outfit doesn’t include photos or makeup, it is about 199 yuan for that but if you don’t want photos or makeup it’s free. Don’t think they wash the outfits super often either. Laundry is apparently not a proper one and you have to hand wash. No lifts if you have a lot of luggage.

Overall it was a good stay. It is located at the end river section, so you can still see the lighting up at night but not as much as the middle section. The room was clean but the cushions on the chairs (balcony) were stained. Would suggest to not put cushions and just have Rattan chairs. The room is located at the fourth floor so we had to carry our suitcases up. We read the reviews prior booking so we kind of expected it too and didn't come as a shock. The staffs were very kind and help us to carry the suitcases together. We had an early day next day and the kitchen staffs served us our breakfast prior to the official breakfast start time.

Good comfortable hotel in Fenghuang. It was in a great location because it was just far enough away from the river to not hear the loud noises at night from the nightclubs, but close enough that we could step outside and immediately be in the old city. The beds were comfortable and the staff were happy to provide extra pillows and bottles of water upon request. A very nice stay.

Really, I have been surprised by this hotel. I love it so much! It is located at a very convenient address, within walking distance to some of Changsha's attractions and subway stations, and downstairs is a very famous food street. Although it is located in a busy area, it is not noisy at all. The room is also very big and comfortable, well-equipped, and able to rest well. The counter staff had a good service attitude and even helped me upgrade my room for free😍 They also provided some travel tips and suggestions, 24-hour counter are manned, and laundry service is also provided. Moreover, check-in also gave some small snacks, all so delicious😋.Overall, very recommended to stay, really like it too! 真的有被这个酒店惊喜到，太喜欢了!!! 它坐落的地址非常方便，步行就可以到长沙一些景点和地铁站，而且楼下就是很出名的美食街。虽然坐落在繁华地段，但是完全不会吵。房间也很大，很舒服，设备齐全，能够很好地休息。柜台人员服务态度很好，还免费帮我升级房间😍 而且他们也提供了一些旅游攻略和建议，24小时柜台都有人，还有提供洗衣服务。入住还送了小零食，都好好吃哦。总的来说，非常推荐大家入住，真的太喜欢了！！

The service was awesome. At first , we booked the family room but because it has only 1 toilet we requested to change the 2 separate rooms. The hotel manager guided us through all the options and let us see all the rooms, and even offered a free upgrade to let us stay on the same floor. Super service minded!

Stayed 2 nights. Strategic location in a quiet & less busy neighbourhood. 3 mins walk from the Nanhu Metro Station. Take exit 1 via the elevator & the hotel is just across the road on your right. Take exit 2 via stairs & escalator and the hotel is on your left upon exiting the metro station. Room is clean, the staff replenish plenty of drinking water and there is free laundry service too. Reception was helpful and we felt comfortable during our stay and highly recommend this hotel in Changsha.

This is a really excellent hotel ! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is great and within easy reach of all main sites and the underground system. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had dinner twice in the Chinese restaurant on 5th floor and both times this was excellent. However, the greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. All staff members are all really efficient with a great attitude and also a nice smile. From the moment I entered until I left, it was right through an excellent experience with all the staff I came across, be it in reception, housekeeping, restaurant or concierge. I have to especially mention Jack, who I believe is the Head Concierge. I asked him how can I buy tickets for the river night cruise, and he arranged everything for me. He called the boat cruise company, bought the tickets for me, sent me the QR code, sent me very detailed on how to arrive at the pier, and sent me messages later in the evening to see whether I had arrived and whether I took the boat. He also gave me his contact details and asked me to call him if I encounter any issues or need any translations. This service attitude of this person is unbelievable and I really want to thank him for all his great support. I really recommend this hotel to whoever visits Changsha.

I highly recommend this hotel! This hotel is ideally located near the South Gate subway station, which can be reached in a minute or two. It is convenient to go anywhere with the subway. The rooms in the hotel are clean and tidy, neatly arranged, with a good network, complete disposable supplies, and particularly complete facilities, very nice! The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the work efficiency and quality are particularly high. There is no bad behaviour at all. If there is any problem, just communicate with them in time. Free self-service washing machines and driers are also available on the first floor of the hotel. You can use them by yourself. If you don't understand, just ask the staff. Overall, it's very good. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

Checking and late checkout was pretty smooth and customer oriented. Our son liked the big swimming pool very much, even though the water is a bit cold. Breakfast view on floor 43 is awesome and the buffet feature more Chinese cuisine which is totally fine. Food was a bit cold, but tasty. Would come back for sure next time we travel to Changsha.

I came to watch the show and stayed at this hotel nearby. The environment and service are quite good. When I checked in, the front desk Xiao Hu smiled warmly. After learning about my visit to Changyuan, he introduced the surrounding food and pick-up services! When I checked in, he also paid attention to my stay in time and reminded me of the current weather conditions in time. The meticulous service made me feel very at ease. Thank you

It was nice of them to change my day the day before I stayed in due to the delay. They also changed my room when I didn't expect my friend to join for a few days, they also managed to help me change the room for a few days and I appreciated it. This I can really say is a five-star stay. Will I stay again, is a no-brainer. Is a yes for me.
