During the closure, the escalator to the Tianmen Cave (lower escalator) will be Complimentary. It will be reopened after further notice when the weather improves. Notice of temporary closure of Attraction projects

Dear tourists and friends:Starting from 14:00 on December 12, 2024, the Tianmen Cave Express Line will be suspended for annual inspection. Visitors who purchased Line B tour tickets for the day must check in and enter the park before 13:30. Visitors who fail to arrive on time must cooperate with the scheduling arrangements of the on-site staff of the Attraction based on the actual on-site operating conditions.1. Currently, the Tianmen Attraction starts passenger service at 7:30 a.m., and ticket checking stops at 4:00 p.m. The Attraction has two-way cableway lines A, B, and C open.2. There is no need to exchange tickets to enter the park. Visitors can enter the park with their ID card. Visitors who do not carry their ID cards must hold other valid documents to prove their identity (passport, driver's license, temporary ID card, etc.), and show the Attraction electronic ticket or paper ticket at the same time. After the identity is manually checked at the ticket gate, scan the code to enter the park.3. Due to factors such as weather, on-site maintenance, and Attraction flow in the scenic area, the operating methods and times of various routes in the Attraction may be temporarily adjusted, and individual sub-attractions in the park may be temporarily closed. The specific details will be subject to the actual operation of the Attraction. We hereby announce this and ask for your understanding.4. When the tourist flow in the Attraction is large, all routes in the Attraction will strictly implement ticket inspection according to the time period. Tourists must arrive at the ticket inspection area according to the ticket booking time period. If they arrive later than the booking time period due to special circumstances, they must cooperate with the scheduling arrangements of the on-site Attraction staff;* Please note that tourists who purchase Line B tickets need to make an appointment in advance at Li Na Villa on the top of the mountain to get a number to go down the mountain.5. Changes in Consession policies: Children aged 14 years and under (calculated based on birthday age, based on travel date) can apply for real-name free tickets at the Attraction ticket window with valid identification documents on the day of the visit, and enter the park with the free tickets and valid identification documents.6. Tips for Playing

According to the company's annual safety production plan, the Tianmendong Expressway will be shut down for annual inspection from 14:00 on December 12, 2024. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:1. Starting from 14:00 on December 12, the Tianmen Cave Express Line will stop carrying passengers. The A-line ticket sales period will remain the same as usual, the B-line ticket sales period will be from 8:00 to 13:00, and the C-line ticket sales will be suspended. The ticket prices for A and B lines will remain unchanged. Due to weather reasons, the 999-step ladder to the Tianmen Cave is temporarily closed. During the closure, the Tianmen Escalator (lower escalator) is Complimentary to use and will be reopened after further notice when the weather improves.2. Tourists with Line A tickets: enter the park during normal hours. The ticket gate of the Tianmen Cave Downward Line will be closed at 13:45 on the same day. Those who arrive at the ticket gate of the Tianmen Cave Downward Line before 13:45 can check in and take the express line down the mountain. Those who arrive at Tianmen Cave after 13:45 need to take the escalator back to the top of the mountain and take the Tianmen Mountain Cableway down the mountain.3. Visitors with Line B tickets: must check in before 13:30 to enter the park. Late arrivals must take the Tianmen Mountain Cableway from the downtown cableway station and follow the same day tour route as for Line A tickets.4. Starting from December 13, the Attraction will resume the operation mode of two-way cableway tour package Line A, Line B, and Line C, while the One-way cableway tour package Line 1 and Line 2 will continue to be suspended.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
