All unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers authorized to enter Singapore by air or sea must have proof of a negative result for COVID-19 issued no more than 2 days prior to departure using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test performed by an accredited medical services provider, or a Antigen Rapid Test (ART) administered by a trained professional. In certain circumstances, travelers may be able to substitute a self-administered ART; however, they must make arrangements to have their test remotely supervised by an approved ART provider in Singapore.
