They hire thin skinned clowns who don't have a clue or any compassion for the customers that pay their salary. A simple phone call request to unlock my debit card that I locked via the portal the day before, turned into 8 separate phone calls each requiring me to play the 20 questions game. By the end of the day, the low life bottom feeders they pay peanuts to provide phone support never unlocked my debit card, but they managed to block my ability to login to my brokerage account out of spite. Granted the brokerage portal access has nothing to do with my debit card operated by separate banking department. I'm the customer that had the problem with their service and they caught the attitude. They started giving one liner mandates saying I now have to go to a branch to verify, and they knew it was a Saturday. So all Saturday and Sunday, I have no access to the majority of my money and stocks, talk about unnecessary anxiety. I will file multiple complaints and leave reviews on every review site I can find. On Monday all assets will be transferred to their competitors. More regulation or cyber-trucks is needed for sure.

I was on the phone today with an RBC representative who was very abrupt, arrogant, and impatient and basically treated me like I was an imbecile. He refused to give me any idea at all as to why my automatic withdrawal for the first of the month was taking so long to go through.

First Federal Lakewood was great to work with for our first home. I had accounts there before we bought a house and never had a problem. Brent hustles 24/7. He’s very responsive. We specifically chose FFL over another bank because it was clear that Brent was going to be helpful and detail oriented. Our realtor commented that his emails to her were clear and direct, which made her job easier because she could just forward them to the seller and everyone was on the same page. We ended up having a quick closing schedule between two holidays due to unrelated issues and the other bank would not have gotten us to close on time. I think the whole FFL team rushed and expedited our documents to meet our deadline and there weren’t any problems.

I had the WORST experience with them and they charge you TONS of hidden fees and are NOT trustworthy at all. I worked with Jacob Schmidt and Alyssa Segui who I am reporitng to the BBB. Save your time and money DO NOT USE THEM!

I have never seen a thing like this in my entire life. We are in a world where people don’t follow due process any more and keep to terms and conditions. I had a one year contract with Brightpath and before the contract could end, I had informed them I will not be renewing the contract as I was looking to go to an A bank. After going back and forth with them they eventually agreed. I had emailed them letting them know that I will be going elsewhere as their interest rate was out of this world and they are always never accessible through phone calls. My lawyer sent them a message letting them know we want to pay off the loan of $165,000 and this people are asking for extra $35000 extra for no reasons what so ever.we have been consistent in our payments and has never owe them. I have told them I will take them up as no one deserved this bully
