Skylum support was quick to respond!

Skylum support was quick to respond to my request for assistance, and discovered the solution for my concern with little delay. The staff on the “chat” feature were very helpful, asked the right questions, and connected me with the technical support personnel who ultimately gave me the “fix”….well done and thank you!

I was having a problem where Luminar…

I was having a problem where Luminar Neo would start but while scrolling through the catalogue would crash and Windows closed it down.
I contacted Skylum and had detailed instructions - 1st to replicate the problem and send off the generated log report, then the following day, instructions re removing the catalogue and re-installing Neo. All working fine now. The after sales support is first class.

Luminar Neo Crashing Constantly - Company Refuses Refund

I've had a very frustrating experience with Luminar Neo. The application keeps crashing and often refuses to open at all. Despite numerous attempts to troubleshoot the issue, I haven't been able to get it to work reliably. Adding to the frustration, customer support has refused to issue a refund for what is clearly a defective application.

Prior to these issues, I also faced problems with the "Import to Folder" feature. It wouldn't run and provided no error message to indicate why it failed. This lack of feedback made it incredibly difficult to diagnose and fix the problem.

Overall, my experience with Luminar Neo has been disappointing and frustrating. I cannot recommend it, given its instability and the unhelpful response from customer support.

I had a problem with starting NEO

I had a problem with starting NEO, it goes well but after selecting an image for editing, NEO froze it self and had no response, had to shut down from Task Manager. It happened after I deleted all Backup, Previews and other traces of editing, cause after some time it builds up and takes a lot of memory. So all I did was reinstalling and the Skylum Team helped me out with it. Now all is smooth and easy going.

Luminar NEO as a plugin in Photoshop

Luminar NEO as a plugin in Photoshop no longer worked. I received an error message. My enquiry to Skylum Support was answered after half an hour with precise instructions on what to do. A few minutes later everything was ok. Thanks for the quick help.

Good Software and Good Support

I got this software on a deal for the lifetime license, but since then, i've run into problems where the software would go into Not responding and my productive with my photography work would go at a snail's pace.
I've had a long back and forth with support and they helped me with a variety of fixes and we were able to find a solution together that fixed all my issues. This is an amazing software with equally amazing people behind it and I can't wait to keep using it for more project!

Problem Quickly Solved with Luminar Neo

I encountered a problem with my Luminar Neo app after downloading the latest update. I sent a message to their help desk and a staff member that responded that they beleived it was a tech issue and that one of their technicians would soon be responding with steps to get things working again. WIthin 5 minutes I receved that email. I used my own app for deleting the existing Neo on my computer. The tech had sent me a new link to reinstall Neo. I used it and it's been smooth sailing ever since! They even followed up with me to make sure everything was working and that I was satisfied. I really appreciate such great product support!

Hello, great service from Skylum supply for Luminar Mobile

Hello,

I was having difficulty redeeming a discount offer which had been offered to me when I signed up for a one year subscription of Luminar Mobile for my iPhone.

Support from Skylum was amazing, very prompt response to my query and i was provided a customized web link for me to redeem my discount. It was quick and easy and worked immediately.

I encountered many issues when updating Luminar Neo on my PC. The software kept flickering as soon as I opened it. I tried several times but was unsuccessful. Later, I reached out to the Skylum team for assistance. They were quick to respond and tirelessly worked on finding a solution. I exchanged many emails with the Skylum team. Their capable team, with their skills and quick suggestions, successfully helped me. Now, the Neo software runs perfectly.

Luminar Neo installation

I had a problem with Luminar Neo instslled on a new computer. I thougth that something were missing. But with help from the support team I learned that it came from another program on the old computer. After installing that on the new one Luminar Neo works perfectly.

Great help

Using Luminar Neo for longer time now. I am very content with this software. Often using it as a plugin for Photoshop. The plugin was not working anymore after the last update. I asked and got help from the supportteam. The reply was stellar fast and effective. All the plugins are working again. Thank you, Volodymyr!!!

The image editing program is superb

The image editing program is superb, I've almost completely left Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop for Luminar NEO's ease of processing ... their Customer Service is fast and accurate, I'd highly recommend.

Quick and competent response

I had a lot of trouble installing Luminar Neo on my Mac. I tried it several times, but was unsuccessful and didn't know why my system didn't allow the installation.
But the competent skylum team was able to help me successfully with their skills and quick advice.
Now Neo runs perfectly.

Luminar Neo is a great new software

Luminar Neo is a great new software ! I'm using the mac version for 2 years now, the improvement since then is huge ! Update are coming very often and the support is great ! I recommand it ! The mobile version is very promitting too.

Full program functionality restored quickly!

I recently had a computer crash. After the crash, I was unable to access one of the program's functions. I tried several fixes but had no luck. I wrote to Luminar to explain my problem. Within a day, one of their techs wrote back to me to explain how to fix the problem. I did what he suggested and instantly had full functionality again. I was really impressed.

I have used Luminar 4, Ai and NEO

I have used Luminar 4, Ai and NEO and always been happy with the results I've been able to achieve. More impressive than the software has been the customer service - not just helpful but prompt. I received an answer to my question within hours on a Saturday night!
