This company is horrible

Two experiences with Fanatics have been HORRIBLE. Don’t bother to return anything. They make the process nightmarish. Lie about the policy, overcharge for return shipping fees (charge more than quoted), make your customer svc inquiry insane (1 hr on a chat feed) and then don’t follow through in the corrections they promised.

scammer company- placed an order

scammer company- placed an order, tried to cancel shortly after as order was placed incorrectly. can't cancel online. can't cancel on the phone. they say they "open a ticket" and then literally never hear from them again. item arrives. don't want it- they take a $10 fee to return it. literally a scam company.

Done with Fanatics

Done with Fanatics. We have bought multiple items over the years. The quality of their products is extremely poor . Hold up poorly to washing and the shrinkage is ridiculous. Items look terrible after only a few wears. Fanatics should be embarrassed by the prices they charge for such poor quality.Never again Fanatics!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. This company is a joke. Even funnier is their customer service. Ordered an item received tracking info but item was never given to carrier. After multiple attempts of contacting customer service I finally got through to someone. Turns out my item is out of stock and instead of letting me know they are refusing to give me a refund because it's now expected to ship within a week. Horrible experience don't purchase from them

Incompetent

Incompetent, incompetent.
Told me it was free shipping with discount code. Item was shipped and due for delivery fore a time and day, then said would need to be collected. After messaging and being terminated. The outcome was I was in the wrong 🙄 it was not free shipping as I had used a code as prompted by them. Now I have had to get a cab to collect they will not refund? I wish these guys were as good at after sales as they are at delivery

Bought a jersey

Bought a jersey, 2 days later was delivered according to them. One site shows order processing, other page shows delivered. Never got my jersey, never got delivered to my address I have 3 cameras plus door bell facing front of house. So I tried to call them and they are too busy it says, can't email them. They can keep my money but I'll never do business with them again. Ever.

Terrible company. Do not make the mistake I did and order from them! Sent product larger than measurements give in description and want $10 to return? Issued a gift card for refund? I hope they go out of business

Excellent customer service.

I purchased a backpack for my friend and the team sports label fell off about 2 weeks after he used it. I was quite disappointed and embarrassed because it was a Christmas gift. I called fanatics and they were great. (I spoke to a human being not AI) I got great customer service. They sent me a replacement backpack. The gentleman I spoke with was very respectful, very thorough. I'm glad I had a good experience because I saw all the negative reviews so I was not hopeful that I would get a replacement. They asked no questions. It was easy . Oh, and they sent a label for me to return the backpack that was defective

Ordered a jersey for a family member…

Ordered a jersey for a family member two weeks before Christmas that was for an event 4 days later (29th). Fanatics didn't deliver it until January. Biggest issue is that it said shipped almost immediately and then appeared to just sit in Texas for multiple weeks. Terrible experience.

I ordered an XL and the item came was too small

I ordered an XL and the item came was labeled XL but was way too small. I contacted customer service to exchange it for a 2XL but they don't do exchanges. So I ordered another one using the same 30% off coupon code. It took the code, but when I hit ORDER, it gave me "Experiencing Technical Difficulties", so I hit it again, not realizing it stripped the 30% coupon code off. The rep researched what was happening. It was a valid code but only if there were a certain number of those items in stock. That is ridiculous! They lost a customer.

SCAM

I ordered a custom jersey 12/4 to arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. The website said it would arrive in time for Christmas. The week before Christmas, the website suddenly said it wouldn’t ship until New Year’s Eve. Once New Year’s Eve came and went, it was still another week later until they sent me an email saying that they couldn’t fulfill my order and they would give me a refund.
This place seems like a scam.

Fanatics has ruined 2 special occasions…

Fanatics has ruined 2 special occasions for us! Forget getting to speak with customer service. It’s AI. My 1st order said it was shipped but was never delivered to a shipping company. When I called there was a lame excuse, offer to reship, and a 50% off coupon. But, they couldn’t reship because they were out of the sizes I needed! Fast forward to me getting over that situation and using my coupon on something else. I ordered a Men’s Ole Miss Rebels Colosseum Tortugas Team Logo Quarter-Zip Jacket and ended up getting a women’s medium Ole Miss Rebels vest. When I attempted to call but had to chat with AI instead, guess what they are out of that size, and a 30% off coupon was offered. Keep your coupon, because I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FANATICS AGAIN, and I suggest that no one else does.

First of all their contact us phone number has no person so good luck then it tells you to chat with a 3rd world country that doesn't use proper English. I ordered jerseys that one was lost. Do not order from them they tell u during chatvthere is no supervisor. Awful

Can't get it right.....twice!!

Ordered a pair of womens faux fur slippers with our colleges logo which happens to be an Orange T. First pair I received had a Brown T. Was asked to return those and they would ship me the correct color T. Second pair came, Brown T. Spoke to supervisor who assured me it would be looked into. Reps sound like they are from a Hispanic location. Last time for this company!!

Ruined a special occasion

I ordered a Class of 2024 ornament for my son for Christmas. It arrived blank, and now the 2024 ornaments are sold out at Fanatics and every other vendor, so it’s not replaceable. I will never be able to get this memento for my son. Should have read the reviews before entrusting this order to fanatics.

Very Disappointed

I should've checked reviews prior to ordering from this company. Big mistake. I was shorted one of my items that was a Christmas gift. I called and after 45 minutes they agreed to send me the 2nd puzzle and that I would get it just after Christmas. Today is 1/14/25 item still hasn't come and the web site in my opinion is impossible to get any type of refund, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to refund me last night. Very Disappointed

Terrible Customer Service

Getting a live person to help is impossible. They will take hours chatting with you online wasting your time when it can be solved in 2 minutes over the phone.

I referred my sister

I referred my sister, she placed a 10$ bet so we both should’ve got 50$ but instead the promo she got was bet 5$ and get 50$.. I contacted them and they say sorry but she signed up under a different promo, your shit out of luck. So other words, the one the got a referral on their Sportsbook gets screwed and doesn’t receive their 50$???
