Successful Solution

I am new to issuu and had no problem downloading my newsletter, but the page turn feature was not working. I send in a request for help on Sunday evening and on Monday morning Victoria got back to me with the solution to my problem!

Newsletter Not Pasting Into Website after Issuu.com

While Issuu.com worked well the first time of use, the second time it seemed to be doing well until I tried to place the new newsletter into our website. Although Issuu.com had said it created/located the modified form, the website could not bring it up. I had to resort to a tech colleague to do it separately. The only issue was that the newsletter pages flipped from right to left rather than the previous newsletter's pages flipping from top to bottom.
Not sure what I did wrong or why the product wouldn't pull up on our website.

stylish publications with good customer services

The publication style is neat with exclusive filpbook styles. The Service center was kind and fast. I had with a billing problem and the service center even offered a better arrangement based on my student status.

Communication problem

This time is not a good feeling on me. I have sent the reply to the issuu billing team on June 20 to confirm the new price to continue the service, since I did not get any response then, and now my ticket is closed.

Live help resolves problems quickly

Our company has used Issuu for more than a year to publish our digital magazines. Recently, we had a problem with the pages we chose to show for a new edition. I contacted Issuu customer support, and Sara resolved the problem in minutes. I've always been impressed with reaching a live person quickly with Issuu, and finding answers immediately.

Care for consumers

I really love the features that Issuu provides, and what makes me want to spend time to write this review is that Issuu does not force users to pay or use money for their service. The free plan is very generous and can help many people who may not be able to afford this service to use it. I really appreciate this care and will definitely be willing to upgrade to a paid plan in the future if it is within my budget.

Refused to delete my account

Refused to delete my account.
The product is probably fine if it does what you want, but it didn't meet my requirements for interactivity so to end my trial I simply wanted to delete my account. No chance - you click a link to send an email to confirm your request that simply never arrives, assuming you're supposed to forget about it and let them keep your details on file. And yeah, I've been looking in spam too. Strangely, the activation email came through immediately.
Chatbot useless, just sends the same link to the same 'help' page.
So, if you want to use the service they're probably great but be very certain when you sign up because they'll keep your details forever.

Issuu publications are excellent

I have used Issuu for some years now as we offer a big range of bereavement books for children and families to remember their lost little ones and grown ups too. It provides us with all we need to create fantastic LOOK INSIDE the book and offers so much more. I had an issue this week and they resolved it and were most helpful.
