Dude's a scam artist

Dude's a scam artist. Stopped responding. Promised to fix issues, no after sales service. My water pump doesn't work, no recourse. stay clear.

Scam Company

Like everyone else on this forum. Lots of lies being spun about a product that was never sent despite being ordered in August. No communication whatsoever. Aaron stopped answering his phone since the start of this month (December). As I purchased through a credit card, the funds have been returned to me as I lodged an investigation through them which was found in my favour.

Order paid for but not received. Refund requested, not received. Very difficult to contact company

Ordered and paid for a sauna & Ice bath combo. Our delivery did not arrive on promised delivery date and we have had great difficulty making contact with the company. Every excuse has been given. We offered multiple solutions as a sign of goodwill, with still no luck. Finally, we requested a refund - which they agreed to but not until the new year as they apparently do not currently have the funds. We have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and will also lodge a police report as this seems to be a widespread issue and we are not confident we will receive our refund. We are putting up this review to help others to avoid being in the same situation as we are in, with this company.

Worst Purchase experience ever!

Not going into detail but same as others lies lies lies. I have reported to Consumer Affairs and also sent email to Current Affair!
Worst experience ever.
I am taking this further. Not happy.

Would be nice if they had the decency to return everyone’s money! It’s the right thing to do.

A nightmare to deal with!!!!!

If I could give the rating a zero instead of a one, I would! This business is an absolute nightmare to deal with! No communication or response, and on the odd occasion that you do actually hear back from Aaron or Alicia, they just lie and give rubbish excuses! I asked for an immediate refund back in October, which still hasn't been actioned, and they have lied to me multiple times about the date of anticipated refund! I would absolutely caution anyone against dealing with this business, save yourself the heartache! The worst customer experience I have ever had! I would recommend that anyone having similar issues with them, do what I am doing and pursue recourse through Consumer Affairs and VCAT!

Biggest scum bag ever

The most compulsive liars I have ever come across. Dealt with 2 months of lies to even have the ice bath arrive just for it to not work on arrival. Told me it was faulty and would need to be sent back and he'd have a replacement sent within the week! This was a month ago. He's told me 4 different dates I'd be getting the replacement sent. He is now saying he's had to order 40 new units as the entire batch was fault. No longer offering refunds he said he would pay. Says he is closing the business for good after replacements are sent which i find hard to believe as he has lied about every single thing he's said for 3 months now.

He's a scam artist that has taken everyone's money and now closed the website down and making himself uncontactable. Everyone who has dealt with report him to all consumer protection agencies because he is now breaking the law and refuses to do anything about it.

Edit: He blocks my number once I let him know that the ACCC has deemed him to be liable and its his responsibility to refund me for the full amount.

Extremely disappointed with product

Extremely disappointed with product, service and communication from this company. Unit arrived after months of waiting. It failed after not long. Was convinced to upgrade to a better unit. Have been waiting months for this one. Hear all sorts of excuses and empty promises from the Director. Now he has just gone into hiding and wont return calls or messages at all. We feel we have been scammed big time and are investigating options to take further action. This has been an ongoing issue from Jul 2024

2 months later and still no product

I purchased an ice bath 2 months ago from 'Muscle and Mind Recovery'. It cost me $2000. I have been chasing them by email and on their website chat ever since. They rarely ever responded. Kept saying that it was sent, but cannot provide any proof of that. They cannot even confirm which size/model they sent. They kept saying I will recieve a tracking number soon, but still nothing after all this time. They stopped responding to me altogether and have now disabled the chat function on their website.

You owe us $10 GRAND

Hi there. We are chasing up an order that has still not been sent to us. For spending almost $10,000 this is an absolute joke.

We have contacted you multiple times via email, text message and phone call with no reply and have read multiple reviews online showing that you are doing the same thing to others.

The order is under Dave Gray. The last we have heard is on Sunday it was “in Melbourne”. Could you please provide us with what is going on & when it will be moving from Melbourne. It’s pretty disappointing we have to keep chasing you the business up when we are the ones who have paid for your service.
If you don’t send us some sort of proof of communication we will be going to the bank and starting the process of getting our money back - and I have absolutely no issues raising this on my social media platforms including on Tik tok.

Poor product and even poorer…

Poor product and even poorer service!The WIFI app is used by the chiller uses the 2.4G network, emailed muscle and mind recovery to change it to the 5G network. Was advised i would receive a call, it never happened even after several more emails. the 1.5hp water chiller purchased stopped chilling the water after 6 times, after emailing several times to try to troubleshoot the issue i was told someone would call me, never happened. i have emailed several more times with no response. Dont touch their products with a ten foot pole

Terrible after sales support

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and after-sales support for the product I purchased. I ordered a PRO chiller in July, which was promised to be in stock and would receive ‘next week’ the chiller was finally delivered in mid-August. However, the chiller failed just a month later, in September. Despite paying for an upgrade to the premium chiller, I still have not received it. Communication has been a major issue—I’ve made multiple phone calls and sent numerous emails, yet I either receive no response or vague excuses for the lack of follow-up. This has been the worst after-sales support I’ve ever encountered. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company.

Bad support & Customer Service

Received ice bath in August and bath topper had hole in it and wouldn't inflate. I have been told for 4 months that a replacement was coming? No it's NOT! Ice bath stopped working 2 weeks ago. Aaron won't answer his phone. There is no product support. No one is answering online emails to assist. When I did finally get a response Liss wanted to know why I wanted to return faulty product. Purchasing this cheaper product is not worth it!!! I will consider changing this review if I ever receive some positive customer service?

Happy to Wait

I placed an order for an ice bath + chiller that has since been recalled. Liss from Muscle and Mind Recovery informed me about the recall and offered several solutions to address the issue. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided and understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen. I'm happy to wait, knowing that the situation is being effectively managed

Terrible experience all round

Terrible experience all round, eventually received the product after 9 weeks, and was told that's not long after being fobbed off and lied to. Unit broke down after 5 days,they have honestly been a nightmare to deal with. They dont answer or call when promised. Please beware and do not use!!
