Exceptional service from patrolman

When my car would not start on Eastbourne seafront I contacted AA via the app. Estimated arrival about an hour but, patrolman arrived within 30 mins. Relieved to see him as had been sea swimming and was frozen!
Patrolman spent over an hour in the freezing cold attempting to fix problem then, towed car to local garage. Patrolman frustrated that he couldn’t fix problem but remained friendly throughout.

Mohamed was so helpful and patient

Mohamed was so helpful and patient. He identified the problem quickly and explained it all to me thoroughly. He then took his time explaining how it was only a temporary fix but helped me transport my car to the nearest garage and told me what I needed to ask them to do when it is open on Monday. As a brain injury survivor too, who is lucky enough to be able to work, my car is quite important to me for a lifeline. Therefore, his patience and support were appreciated beyond measure.

Flat tyre found on driving car out of…

Flat tyre found on driving car out of garage. AA requested. Advised by call handler 10.30AM for help to arrive. Depending on emergencies. Long wait, however when Kiernan arrived he gave exceptional support. New tyre needed. Kiernan temp repair to damaged tyre and followed me to Kwik Fit. And returned me home whilst new tyre was fitted later that PM.

Rescued by the AA on a dark snowy night.

On driving my car home it started making an awful banging noise. I contacted the AA on my app and they came out within 30 minutes. The AA chap diagnosed the problem straight away which prevented me from having a nasty accident. He swiftly temporarely sorted the problem till I could get to my own garage the following morning. Excellent service, just couldn't fault them from start to finish. Thank you Jacob.

Fantastic experience!

I had a fantastic experience with Reece from the AA. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my car. Despite the rain, he worked efficiently and didn’t let the weather slow him down. Reece was patient throughout, taking the time to explain everything clearly so I fully understood. Such a nice person, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his assistance. Thank you, Reece, for turning a stressful situation for me into such a smooth experience!

WOW Dave, just Wow!

WOW! Dave from AA is fantastic.
His calm and friendly manner ensured the situation was both pleasant and fun.
His superb professionalism ensured that the job was carried out smoothly and safely.
He managed our perceptions of what we could expect to happen, and delivered excellent customer service to us.
It was a pleasure to be helped by Dave, he was the real guy from all those adverts we see!

I was in my car temperature was 2 degrees

I was in my car temperature was 2 degrees I broke down at 9.15 AM didn't get recovered until 1.00 pm lucky I had a flask of coffee with me the 1st road side engineer was brilliant got my car going but was unsure if it would stay going or brake down again whitch it did the 1st engineer sent a message to control that if it broke down again it would need to be recorded another road side engineer was sent to me instead of a recovery vehicle which nent I was in a cold car 3 hours to long the recovery driver was very good and polite.
But however I would recommend the AA as its a very long established company and usely does a very good job

Very knowledgeable and extremelycourteous

I found Derek who came was on time very courteous and pleasant and knew what the problem was and explained that I did not do enough running of the car hence the battery was low. I have taken his advice and will try and go for longer runs, pity the roads not too good just now, he was very knowegable and helpful no complaints at al

AA… Mohammed 5 star service

Contacted the AA out to look at my car. Mohammed (KAS) arrived on time on a snowy cold Sunday. Once he arrived he asked a lot of questions regarding the problem he was patient and determined to try to find the fault/problem. Cannot fault todays service Thank you AA Mohammed he was such a genuine kind person very helpful and knowledgeable.

AA+ service

My old mercedes blew it's head gasket,thankfully in a safe spot to park up. I used the app to report the breakdown,AA patrol turned up 80 minutes later. Jason the patrolman soon figured out he couldn't fix it,so used his equipment to recover it to the workshop 70 miles away,all sorted out in a few short hours,phoned to let me know he'd completed it,minimum of fuss & hassle. Many thanks to Jason & the AA for helping me out so quickly & efficiently in my hour of need!

Money well spent

I am considered priority through illness and was mightily impressed by the speed help came, especially with the weather which must make it an exceptionally busy day. I was given a clear description of the problem, how it was being resolved and for safety what I should do next. Cannot fault the service and engineer. Thank you

Brilliant

Brilliant service. Flat tyre, Sunday, 2pm. Full breakdown cover with my car insurance. Easy to find phone number, fast answer - and confirm they'll be with me in less than an hour. I was not high risk or urgent at all either. Handy text message updates, to track them. Mechanic called ahead of arrival too. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and speedy. Thanks AA!

AA - Simply the best

I was stuck down a farm track unable to start my car and was very grateful when Mark turned up within 40 minutes to fix it. He was reassuring, calm and professional. He found the problem, started the car and then followed me to a mechanic known to me, for more extensive repairs. I used the AA app and was immediately contacted to let me know they had my location and Mark was on the way. Thank you once again AA- simply the best.

Excellent service all round Five star

Excellent service all round. Timely response (35 mins). Careful fix by skilled, experienced, technician who explained step by step the repair. Then, before he left, knowing I was en route to N Lancashire, insisted on checking oil, water, etc to ensure I was safe. Brilliant!!

Amerjit is in absolute Legend

Amerjit is in absolute Legend, He got to us before the expected time frame.
He provided excellent customer service. He even offered to follow us to destination to make sure we got there safely.
Polite and professional is best way to describe my experience.
If I could I would have him as my personal break-down call out, haha.

European Breakdown cover

have been abandoned in France since my vehicle broke down on Monday 30th December. Despite have European breakdown cover. My calls go unanswered and my emails ignored. My policy was sold to me by Admiral, but the actual recovery is handled by the AA. Stay clear of both these companies, neither is fit to be in business.

A brilliant ambassador for the AA!

the weather was atrocious (slush and falling snow, and temperature just above freezing). Shane rolled up rather chipper for the end of his long shift and the road conditions. A very knowledgeable young man who took it all in his stride. he knew exactly what the trouble was within seconds and how to fix it. he could not be a better ambassador for the AA. well done that man!

BMW 440i Convertible.

BMW 440i Convertible.

Whilst the time it took to reach me (4 hours) I was at home and therefore recognised the weather played its part in a the delay.

The technician who attended the site immediately identified the problem being a faulty battery. He suggested the low mileage (12,500 miles over 5 years) was a contributing factor.

Somewhat surprised by this statement I was equally relieved that he had a new battery on his van.

The removal of the battery took some time due to the complex boot layout which also housed the electronic equipment.

The whole job took about an hour which was very reasonable, but more importantly the technician was very knowledgable, competent and very polite.

Fantastic service right from the off

Fantastic service right from the off. Really quick response time even in the snowy conditions. Lewis our patrol operative was really friendly and got us sorted with no fuss and in record time. Couldn't fault our first experience with the AA.
