Katherine Heigl

Katherine Heigl landed her breakout role on The WB series Roswell, which aired from 1999 to 2002. Heigl gained widespread recognition for her role as Izzie Stevens on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy. She starred on six seasons of the medical drama and earned an Emmy Award for her performance.

Heigl went on to star in a series of successful romantic comedies, including Knocked Up (2007), 27 Dresses (2008), The Ugly Truth (2009), Life As We Know It (2010) and New Year’s Eve (2011). She then returned to television, appearing on State of Affairs, Doubt and Suits before starring on and executive producing Netflix’s Firefly Lane, which premiered in 2021.

In 2007, Heigl married singer Josh Kelley after two years of dating. The couple adopted daughters Naleigh and Adalaide in 2009 and 2012, respectively, and Heigl gave birth to son Joshua in 2016.
