Robin Thicke
Self-taught pianist Robin Thicke, the son of late actor Alan Thicke, wrote and produced songs for Michael Jackson, Marc Anthony, Pink and Christina Aguilera all before he was 21.
Thicke released the album A Beautiful World in 2003, but it wasn’t until 2006 when his breakout second album, The Evolution of Robin Thicke, was released that the performer became a household name.
He later appeared as a judge on ABC’s reality singing competition show Duets alongside John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, and Jennifer Nettles.
In 2013, Thicke released “Blurred Lines,” a collaboration with T.I. and Pharrell that served as the lead single off his sixth studio album of the same name. The song’s video — for which Thicke sought approval from his then-wife, actress Paula Patton — features topless models and garnered more than a million views in the days after its release online.
Thicke married Patton in 2005 and five years later welcomed son Julian. The pair announced their split in 2014.
The Masked Singer judge moved on with April Love Geary in 2015. The couple have since welcomed three children, Mia, Lola and Luca. They got engaged in December 2018.
