Sarah Palin
Sarah Palin served as the governor of Alaska from 2006 to 2009 and was the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee alongside the late U.S. Senator John McCain. Following the 2008 election, she released her memoir Going Rogue (2009). After serving as governor, Palin appeared on Fox News providing political commentary from 2010 to 2015 and hosted TLC’s Sarah Palin’s Alaska (2010 to 2011) and Sportsman Channel’s Amazing America With Sarah Palin (2014 to 2015). In 2022, Palin ran in the special election for Alaska following the death of Representative Don Young.
The politician married Todd Palin in 1988, later welcoming five children: Track Charles James (born in 1989), Bristol Sheeran Marie (born in 1990), Willow Bianca Fay (born in 1994), Piper Indy Grace (born in 2001) and Trig Paxson Van (born in 2008). Todd filed for divorce in August 2019, and the proceedings were finalized in March 2020.
