Even celebs have their fair share of bumps and bruises!
In Sept. 2011, Reese Witherspoon was hit by a car while jogging in Santa Monica. The avid runner, 35, was struck by an 84-year-old woman at an unmarked crosswalk at the intersection of 20th street and Georgina Avenue. The Walk the Line star "suffered minor injuries," according to the police report, and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
A witness at the accident site told Us Weekly: "The driver seemed to have not seen her because of a large tree at the intersection…[Reese] was lucky, because it could have been much more serious."
But it's not just star parents who are immune to freak accidents! Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani's son Zuma had a "freak fall" in June 2011, as did Tori Spelling's son Liam in Jan. 2011.
When Liam, then 3, fell from the kitchen table and hit the back of his head, he began throwing up and Spelling rushed him to the hospital. "He's better — just have to watch him," she told fans on Twitter. "Thank you for all your well wishes!"
