Palin’s pregnancy made headlines in 2008 during the presidential election when Sarah Palin was running for vice president alongside the late Senator John McCain. All eyes were on Bristol, who was 17 at the time, and Johnston as they got engaged in 2009 and welcomed son Tripp weeks later. They called off the engagement three months after Tripp’s birth and exclusively told Us Weekly in July 2010 that they briefly reconciled, only to end things for good three weeks later. Johnston went on to marry Sunny Oglesby in October 2012 and the pair share daughters Breeze, Indy Rae and Delta Jo.

Palin was linked to the pipeline worker from 2011 to 2012. “We are taking it really slow. We are not in a rush, where I was with Levi,” she told E! News in February 2011. “We’ve been friends for a really long time. He is a good guy, he is Christian. We have a lot in common.”

The Life’s a Trip star briefly romanced Junker in November 2012 and was “smitten” with him at the time. “She really likes him! She is a quiet person, so [she] hasn’t been gushing about this, but she has been texting him a lot the past few weeks,” a source exclusively told Us at the time, noting that Palin appeared to “light up” whenever she received a text from the professional snowmobiler.

The Dancing With the Stars alum and Meyer started dating in 2014 and got engaged soon after, only to split in April 2015, days before their wedding. Palin announced her pregnancy shortly after their split and welcomed daughter Sailor in December 2015. However, in June 2016, the pair announced they had reconciled and secretly tied the knot. Their marriage was short-lived, as the Afghanistan veteran filed for divorce in February 2018, when their second daughter, Atlee, was just 9 months old.
