Cyber Monday Deals Tracked Live From Cyberspace 2024
The only thing better than these Cyber Monday deals is shopping them on company time. Follow along with our professional reviewers throughout the day.
Hot take: Cyber Monday is better than Black Friday. The best Cyber Monday deals are mostly the same deals we've seen on Friday and throughout the weekend. But there is one big difference: Today you're shopping on your company's time instead of stealing moments away from family and friends to buy a discounted air fryer.
The WIRED Reviews team obsessively tracks prices on products we've tested and recommend and today we'll spend 20 hours tracking the best and most interesting Cyber Monday sales. We only cover products we're confident about after real-world testing. We'll be here until midnight Eastern.
Happy Cyber Monday and please remember to take some company time to shop after exhaustively researching each purchase. Also, this is your reminder that today is the day to get any PTO that won't roll over to next year on the schedule for December! (Your friends at WIRED always have your back.)

A Guilt-free TV That’s Easy to Use and Easy on the Eyes
If you’ve come this far in the shopping frenzy and haven’t upgraded that aging TV, here’s one final pitch for a model that’s virtually guilt-free. This 55-inch model from Roku is just $400 and gives you everything you need. You’ll get solid brightness and vivid colors, local dimming so there’s no blotchy white patches at night (talk about mood killers), and it’s all run by Roku’s easy, breezy, and utterly intuitive smart system. With just a 60-Hz refresh rate, this isn’t a top model for gamers, but it’ll still work great for the non-pro gamers among us, and offers extras like support for Apple Homekit, Alexa, and Google Assistant. It all adds up to one of our favorite TVs for the money. Your old TV has done everything it could for you. It’s time you both moved on.
With that, it’s a wrap on our live blog, folks. Don’t forget to check out our post of the Absolute Best Deals before you hit the hey. And now, we bid you sweet dreams and a happy wrapping season.
A Mirrorless Camera That Captures Every Detail
Sony’s A7 camera series is a staple for photographers everywhere. The A7 IV (9/10, WIRED Recommends) is another winner, landing in our Best Mirrorless Cameras guide. It’s lightweight makes it easy to take along, while its 33-megapixel sensor and excellent auto-focus let you capture the depth and detail of your favorite moments. We love its advanced video options and its large buffer capacity. Frankly, the only issue with this camera is the price, so right now is a fabulous time to grab one.
These Premium Earbuds Connect to Three Devices at Once
Technics may not be the brand that comes first to mind when shopping wireless earbuds, but the EAH-AZ80 (9/10, WIRED Recommends) remain some of the best earbuds you can buy. They’ve got good noise canceling, some of the best sound in the business, and a surprisingly comfy and ergonomic fit. One of their most useful features is multipoint pairing with three devices at once, letting them serve as your go-to buds for everything from video and phone calls to watching a movie on your tablet without skipping a beat.
Never Late for Dinner Again
It’s no secret that I love my Instant Pot. What once seemed like a niche gadget has earned a permanent place on my counter, easily replacing my rice cooker before setting its crosshairs on my beloved ceramic dutch oven. The Instant Pot requires so little forethought and planning that I can go from raw pork shoulder to carnitas tacos in under an hour, something my dutch oven couldn’t dream of. Beyond braising, I’ve used it to make various dirty rices and risottos, simmer rich soups, and keep my morning congee warm, all activities that would’ve required a hot stove and constant attention.
Those of us in compact spaces don’t need much to keep us happy. Some scented candles for ambiance, great tunes on great speakers, and one of these little beauties for speedy connection. You’ll get plenty of connections and great reliability, which is why this router lands at the top spot in our best routers guide.
A Tubular Speaker at an Excellent Price
Tribit’s Stormbox 2 (9/10, WIRED Recommends) is a great deal at full price and a steal on sale. This speaker costs about half the price of top models like the Ultimate Ears Boom 4, and while that model provides more refined and balanced sound, the Tribit’s performance is sneaky good, with better bass. You’ll also get extras like up to 24 hours of battery life, a good app, and extended Bluetooth range so you don’t kill the party when you wander with your phone. This is one of the best Bluetooth speakers for your dollars sale or not.
A Good Discount on a Fingerprint-Scanning Smart Lock
I’ve had various U-Tec Ultraloq smart locks installed on my front door throughout the year, and I couldn’t have asked for a more reliable system. These locks replace your deadbolt and allow you to unlock the door via a code, fingerprint scanner, or the companion app (even via smart home assistants!).
They’ll be featured in an upcoming Smart Locks guide, but for anyone shopping right now, I recommend the U-Tec Bolt Fingerprint. It employs eight AA batteries and has a much longer battery life (more than four months in my testing). It’s simple and effective. For anyone on iOS, there’s a version designed for Apple’s HomeKit system so you can use it with Apple’s Home app and Siri.
My Favorite Cold Brew Device Is on Sale
I’ve tested a lot of new-school cold brew makers. Devices that try to hurry things up. Devices that try to make the process more familiar to, say, tea drinkers. But I still haven’t found a better way to make cold brew than… just plain letting coffee grounds soak in cool water for most of a day. Where the Oxo Compact succeeds better than other similar devices is that it makes this process simple, and hassle-free. The results are delicious, in part because of the added paper-filter option that makes for cleaner and longer-lasting brew. I have very little counter or shelf space to burn, so I much prefer the slim profile of the Compact, which is on sale for Black Friday. Once diluted to drinking strength, I can get five good cups of cold brew out of it, about as much as I want on hand at any given time. But if you need more coffee on each batch, there’s a larger Good Grips version that takes up a bit more space on your counter and in your fridge.
Bold Brightness, Beautiful Black Levels on a Budget
If you’re after searing HDR highlights that make you almost feel the blast of an explosion or the sun's rays on a tropical isle, Hisense’s 65-inch U8N (8/10, WIRED Recommends) gives it to you at a price you really can’t beat. This TV is one of the brightest we’ve ever tested, yet it knows how to take things down at night, with excellent black levels and minimal light bleed. You’ll also get punchy quantum dot colors and great gaming features, including VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) at up to 144 Hz for smooth action. Like nearly all LED TVs, it doesn’t look as good from the side and has a few other minor flaws in accordance with its price, but as I said in my review, you’ll get “slack-jaw spectacle” and excellent overall performance that can only be matched by a few rivals, most of which cost a fair bit more.
Fly Like the Wind Without Leaving the Ground
Humans may not have been born to fly, but we really seem to have taken to it over the last century-plus. If you’d rather experience the joys of walking on air while planted firmly on the earth, this sweet DJI Air 3 Drone (9/10, WIRED Recommends) will take you there with simple controls, great battery life, and killer cameras. There’s just one thing left to say before you head into the wild blue yonder: Talk to me, Goose.
I, too, Have Purchased the Zojirushi Micom Rice Cooker
All of us on the Gear team have been listening to commerce director Martin Cizmar talk about his Zojirushi Micom rice cooker since he bought one last Prime Day and proceeded to live blog everything from its arrival (on his doorstep) to its first culinary voyage (porridge). As a longtime owner of a perfectly serviceable $20 Aroma, I admit my interest was piqued, but the $100+ price tag kept it out of my cart. However, when our newest staff writer Matthew Korfhage—a longtime food writer—explained how he learned about this rice cooker via regulars raving about it at his local bar, my resolve finally crumbled. Which is how last night I found myself having to justify to my husband (and myself, to be honest) why I spent $140 on a rice cooker when we already owned a perfectly serviceable one. I figured the best way to do this would be to make rice, and reader, when I tell you this was the best rice I had ever made … just buy the thing already. It plays songs! It comes out of the box with the correct time already set! Don’t let another sale pass you by—life’s too short to be eating inferior rice.
Power Up With This Toblerone Charging Bank
If you’ve ever wanted to scream “I’ve got the power” all C&C Music Factory style while getting your charge on, this baby from Shargeek will abide. As one of our favorite portable chargers, it’s got enough juice for just about anything in your arsenal, from a phone to a laptop, with a large-and-in-charge 24,000-mAh capacity.
The Cheapest Price Yet on the PS5 Slim
If you’ve been holding out for a deal on the Sony PlayStation 5 Slim, it’s down to just $375 for Black Friday, and if you pick it up from Best Buy it includes something called the Cobalt Star bundle for a game called Fortnite, plus 1000 V-Bucks, which I can only assume are a crypto coin I haven’t heard of. Whether the Fortnite items are a rarity or a lackluster throw-in, I’m too much of a millennial to say, but either way, it’s free stuff on top of the lowest price yet for this version of the console.
Prop Your Laptop Up In Just Any Old Place
We just updated our Best Cyber Monday Laptop Deals and reviewer Brenda Stolyar just added a bunch of laptop accessories. These are important if, you know, you ever leave your house, which I would like to do on occasion. Moft's origami-inspired laptop sleeve doubles as a case and a tiny laptop stand. I also like Logitech's Casa pop-up desk, which is also on sale.
Every Bag Needs a Flashlight And a Knife
I have been looking at this flashlight all weekend. (It's in Absolute Best Deals and the Best REI Cyber Week Deals and it's our best overall flashlight in our guide to the Best Flashlights.) In December, it gets dark here in Oregon around 3 or 4 pm. I'm sick of shuffling my way to the gym or to pick up my kids at my parents' house in the dark, trying not to trip or step in a stray dog poop. I think this could solve everything for me. I will report back later.
I Don't Know Why This Rose Is In My Feeds
Reviewer Boutayna Chokrane notes that the Lovehoney Rose Suction Stimulator is going viral on TikTok. It is. I am at a loss to explain why it's in my feeds, since I mostly look at videos of border collies herding sheep! However, it is very cute, and the internet is a crazy place.
A Living Legend That Embodies All We Love About Sony Audio
I can’t think of another pair of headphones as widely recommended as Sony’s WH-1000XM4 (9/10, WIRED Recommends), especially four years into their tenure. Sony crafted the quintessential cans here, with some of the best noise canceling around matched by great sound and tons of features in a smooth and comfy design. Honestly, I could go on a lot more about the XM4, but you don’t need to take my word for it. Look anywhere, and you’ll see these are a top choice that just keep on ticking. At $200, you simply will not find a better value in audio, so if you’ve been waiting for your ultimate traveling pair, it’s time to finally bring them home.
A Sweet Mouse from and for Esports Pros
Built with input from esports professionals, this great gaming mouse is quick and responsive, with intuitive buttons to help you get your work done accurately, even if that work is taking out 12-year-olds in your favorite online shooter. You’ll get a 1-millisecond response time and a sturdy build for an excellent gaming companion that’s even better on sale.
A Smart Bar in More Ways Than One
When it comes to mini soundbars with tons of features, you’ll hear plenty about the Sonos Beam, and for good reason. For my money, though, it’s hard to beat what Bose has cooking with the simply named Smart Soundbar (8/10, WIRED Recommends). Unlike the Sonos bar, it’s got true upfiring drivers that combine with its other speakers to effectively immerse you in Dolby Atmos and surround sound. It’s got built-in Alexa smarts, Wi-Fi connection to stream directly from services like Spotify and Apple Music, and the ability to expand with other Bose speakers. It’s even got a cool trick that lets you use Bose’s Open Earbuds as personal surrounds, making it one of the most versatile soundbars I’ve ever tested.
