We were thrilled to partner with the SOS Children’s Village through our Christmas Tree Wish initiative. This initiative allowed our staff to contribute gifts that fulfilled the wishes of the children and staff at SOS Children’s Village, spreading joy and hope during this special season. Thanks to the kindness and generosity of our team, every wish was fulfilled, and smiles were shared all around. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed. Our "Vac Work" Program is Thriving! This December, we’ve welcomed a record number of students to our program—some returning for another stint and others joining us for the first time. Their energy and input have been invaluable, and it’s been a pleasure hosting them at Alaris Antennas. The positive experiences they’ve shared over the past few weeks are truly encouraging. The Alaris Vocation Program provides students with hands-on exposure to various activities within our company, equipping them with valuable experience and knowledge to enhance their CVs. As we wrap up 2024, we're reflecting on an incredible year packed with exciting achievements and experiences. From designing and manufacturing new Direction Finding and other antennas to welcoming new faces to our team, it's been a year of innovation and growth.   We balanced the hard work with plenty of fun, kicking off the year with bowling and pizza nights, monthly socials like quiz afternoons and murder mystery puzzles, and memorable events such as our annual Wellness Day, a Cowboys-and-Indians-themed function, and even a drumming circle!   It’s been a fantastic journey, filled with new designs, great people, and lots of laughs along the way. He quickly moved up the ranks to Specialised Production Manager in 2003. Today, it is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Hannes Grau, our Production manager for the past 22 years. His unwavering commitment and exceptional service have been instrumental in our success. Hanne’s aptitude as the Production Manager, coupled with his collaborative spirit, has been an invaluable asset and his colleagues also appreciate his courteous and friendly nature. His willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines consistently demonstrated his dedication to excellence. While his retirement is our loss, it's a well-deserved respite for him! These systems enable the interception of enemy radio communications, and, through a network of spatially separated sensors reveal the positions of command posts, troop movements, and other critical assets. By tracking the locations and headings of various electronic emitters over time, military forces can build a comprehensive scenario of enemy asset placements. Tactical Direction Finding (DF) systems, as part of a larger data fusion system, play a crucial role in a wide range of military operational scenarios, supporting a wide range of missions. These systems enhance situational awareness by providing information on both adversary and friendly electromagnetic signal sources. The mission of tactical systems is to increase the effectiveness of strategic military operations, contribute to force protection, and support mission success in complex and dynamic environments.
