The Bargaining Council for the Civil Engineering Industry (BCCEI) is a statutory body established under the Labour Relations Act (LRA) 66 of 1995, dedicated to co-regulating stable and productive employment relations within the civil engineering sector. We bring together organised business and labour to oversee employment conditions, labour relations, collective bargaining, compliance, dispute resolution and social protection services. Our mission serves as our roadmap, guiding us towards sustainability and quality in all aspects of our operations.
