Times flies when you're having fun. Thanks for the recognition, Ash Müller. We wouldn't be where we are today without our professional teams, head office team & apartment owners. Can we just take a moment to talk about Blok. Blok recently launched what might just be their slickest Blok yet - TWENTY2ONW. Located at 22 Wisbeach Road, Sea Point, Cape Town – it is just a few metres from the promenade. For these Cape Town Kings, this will be their 19th development. On launch day, Blok sold 80 of the 81 apartments available for sale. Only one two-bedroom apartment remained for sale in this development, and it has since been sold. This is almost a 100% development sell-out. That’s a lot of demand for this tree-lined street in Sea Point. Perhaps it’s due to the limited locations available for development between Main and Beach Road. The buildings here are generally older, so opportunities to invest in modern buildings in peaceful side streets like this are appealing. Together with our partners, Pristine Earth Collective NPC, we’re excited to share the impact of our monthly contribution to a cleaner community 🌊 The Pristine Earth Collective team discovered that majority of the litter on our beaches originates from the stormwater outlets along the coastline. Netting these outlets is the solution. These nets are the first fully serviced net interception project of its kind in South Africa, supported by the City of Cape Town's coastal management department. Together, we’ve prevented over 3 500 bags of waste from entering the ocean👏🏼 We’re grateful to be a part of this initiative – here’s to cleaner coastlines & communities.

Let’s run for the dogs 🐾 We’re thrilled to kick off another month by supporting Run For The Dogs – a fun, bi-weekly run (or walk) that helps support rescue pups looking for their forever homes 🐕 Join us this Saturday, 9 November for a morning full of fun, fitness & puppy love. Whether you bring your own fur baby or want to be paired with a rescue pup, everyone is welcome to join in on the fun. Meet on the Sea Point Promenade (opposite the Winchester Hotel) at 8:30am for a 3km or 5km run, depending on you & your furry companion’s pace. Post run, unwind with some post-run yoga led by Downward Dog For Dogs 🧘 Coffees on us at Norfolk Deli, afterwards ☕️ It’s a chance to bond with the pups, meet new friends, & make a difference.
