Absolutely THRILLED to announce some amazing news! We had originally planned to limit our first ever Foundation Certification cohort to 20 people, so that we could validate the final details of our process before we scale it up next year.
However, due to unexpectedly strong demand we have had to increase this limit - first to 25, and then again to 30 people. A few minutes ago we filled the final spots – a good 10 days or so before we kick off!
These 30 people are employed at 28 different accountancy firms and specialist consultancies who want to:
✅ Consolidate and improve their knowledge of R&D tax relief in a structured and fully supported way
✅ Evidence their knowledge and competence by means of independent assessment
✅ Learn from others and share their own experiences in a friendly, open and moderated social forum
So what have these R&D trailblazers signed up for? Well, the Foundation Certification programme includes:

🔷 Six online & video-based training courses spanning a range of core subjects (Ethics & marketing, Qualifying leads, the Merged Scheme, Explaining Eligibility, Qualifying Costs & Apportionments, and the Accountancy Basics of R&D tax relief).
🔷 9 webinars to help students consolidate their learning and prepare for the final exam.
🔷 Support throughout the programme from our team of experts
🔷 The final 2.5 hour exam
🔷 A CPD certificate tailored to the specific courses and events students have taken (with up to 25 units of CPD up for grabs)
🔷 An optional listing on our website
🔷 Professionally designed graphics that newly certified advisors can use on emails and websites to highlight their new credentials.
