Last week we hosted our annual awards ceremony, celebrating the exceptional contributions of our 350 employees. The event, themed Reflections, honoured a year of significant achievements and growth.   CEO Gary Koetser shared two powerful words to inspire us for 2025: Opportunity and Choice. These words encourage us to embrace the opportunities and to be accountable for our choices we've made in driving our success.   The evening was further elevated by extraordinary performances from our talented staff, including opera, contemporary dance, and a moving African choir.   Congratulations to this year’s award winners, especially Nozi Kalonji, Manager of the Year, and the two Employees of the Year, Renaldo Juries from Century City Hotels and Siyasanda Ngcelwane from Century City Conference Centre.
