Embracing our employees living with disability! “Daybreak is incredibly proud to support 45 talented employees living with disabilities who are currently participating in a 12-month New Venture Creation Learnership, managed by our valued learning partner, Kukhula Global Projects. This program equips them with essential technical and entrepreneurial skills to confidently run their own businesses after graduation. Recently, our learners hosted a fantastic Market Day, where they showcased their creativity, product displays, and engaging sales pitches. This event was a powerful platform for them to apply their business knowledge, build confidence, and gain invaluable feedback from peers and mentors. Witnessing their passion, determination, and innovation firsthand was truly inspiring.
