It is still all systems go for Dole's Stone fruit season. Laetitia plums from Bonnievale and Tifany nectarines from Robertson were in full swing last week. Favourable weather conditions in the Port of Cape Town over the past two months has eased the movement of containers to market. We hope this will prevail for the remainder of the season.

A sneak preview of our citrus season coming soon! We expect to harvest the first Lemons from the Limpopo region next week. Although dry weather conditions prevailed at the start of the season, good rains over the past few weeks have ensured that dam levels are at capacity, which bodes well for the 2025 season. Projections are good quality fruit from this region to market. #dolecitrusfruit

The main discussion points focused on new varietal offerings and innovation within the table grape sector.
