Embury Institute for Higher Education

STADIO School of Education formerly Embury Institute for Higher Education is a registered and fully accredited South African private higher education institution that has been specialising in teacher education for 22 years. We focus on the training of pre-school and primary school teachers through degrees, diplomas and higher certificates. These qualifications can be obtained through either full-time contact studies or distance learning studies. In addition to its qualification offerings, we also offer a variety of continuing professional teacher development (CPTD) short course programmes. We have been steadily expanding its regional footprint beyond its roots in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. We currently have campuses in Musgrave, Durban, and two campuses in Gauteng: Centurion, Pretoria and Waterfall Estate (Midrand).
