For 33 years, Uncle Ram has been a cornerstone of Hesto Harnesses, embodying dedication, hard work, and an unwavering passion for his role. A Journey Through the Years 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟭: Joined Hesto as a Sales Administrator, with a team of only 47 operators and eight staff members at the Isithebe site. 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟱: Transitioned to Dispatch and Transport Administrator, overseeing distribution to renowned clients, including TSAM, Daimler Chrysler, and Audi in Germany. 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟱: Moved to Stanger as Dispatch Team Leader, managing essential logistics for Toyota and Ford. 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟱: Advanced to Internal Logistics Group Leader for Cut and Crimp operations, supporting production across Plant A. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬: Took on the role of Group Leader at Plant 6, where he managed import and export operations between Hesto and Thailand. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭: Elevated responsibilities in Plant 6 to oversee warehousing and distribution for key projects with Toyota. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯: Currently, he leads operations at Plant C, Chaka’s Kraal, handling warehousing and distribution for Toyota and Isuzu harnesses.
