Kini Quantity Surveyors primarily focuses on the infrastructure development by providing quantity surveying, project management and property valuation services. Kini Quantity Surveyors was established in 2011 as predominantly a quantity surveying practice. Over the years the company has evolved into a dynamic multi-disciplinary entity with two divisions focusing on architectural buildings and mining & engineering sectors. Both divisions provides complete project controls services which includes cost estimating & management, project planning & scheduling and risk management.
