  • In June 2024, Ruwacon (Pty) Ltd commenced construction of the top structures for a prestigious Senior Living Estate on KZN’s magnificent Dolphin Coast. This development is the first of its kind in the region. The first phase of the top structures includes 93 freestanding luxury villas, 2 multi-storey apartment blocks, and various communal buildings, such as a pavilion, care centre, wellness centre, and more. Despite facing challenges such as inclement weather and difficult terrain conditions, the Ruwacon KZN team has made significant progress on the project. We wish them continued success as they advance towards delivering a world-class senior living estate. #construction #Housing #infrastructure #project #progress
