Keeping Constantia clean! Waste Collection Update | December 2024 • December was a slow month with all the holidays and lower traffic through the area. • The team found lots of dumped materials on Brommersvlei Road near the vet, apparently by vagrants. an ongoing issue • The team cleaned quite a lot on Main Road, still lots of waste being littered and dumped despite the lower numbers of people passing through the area. • Silverhurst trail was not very dirty on their clean up in December, which is a good sign. As the trails get more attention they attract less vagrants and general waste from people passing through • The open field on Parish Road had a considerable amount of waste the guys filled over 5 bags from this clean up alone.
