A big shoutout to HEINEKEN Beverages for sponsoring the SANSA Antarctic Engineers for their upcoming trip. Geomarr van Tonder and Nivek Ghazi will depart early in December on the SA Agulhas to the SANAE IV base in Antarctica where they will be stationed for a year. They will be responsible for the ground-based instruments at SANAE that capture important data for space weather monitoring. Heineken Beverages kindly sponsored a camera (to capture those beautiful Aurora Australis or Southern Lights) and a supply of Vitafit to ensure the team gets all their antioxidants and Vitamin C. #Antarcticscience #Spaceweather Phumza Rengqe Eric Leong Son Geomarr Van Tonder Nivek Ghazi DJ van Wyk
