November was packed with exciting and transformative events! We kicked off the month with the FNB South Africa Khula 15 Dragon's Den and graduation—a thrilling day of celebrations. CRDB Bank Plc Core had the Leaders as Coaches session, diving into mindfulness and learning how to stay present in the moment. The Future Group also explored practical ways to manage everyday stress through mindfulness techniques. Meanwhile, FNB Zambia Khula embarked on Digital Transformation and hosted Strategic Intelligence Master Classes. The Nedbank Tabono team had their ALP presentations for both Cohorts One and Two, finishing off with a stylish high tea celebration for their graduation. SuperSport Here for Her delved into Career Management and Personal Mastery, empowering participants to grow both professionally and personally. FNB Khula 16 participated in dynamic brainstorming sessions, working hard on their presentations, while their Dragon's Den and graduation moments were unforgettable. RMB - Rand Merchant Bank Lotus Groups explored Mindfulness and Storytelling, closing the month with a memorable ceremony. Absa Group Masedi’s Rise, Future, and Core teams delved into the Enneagram, with Rise focusing on Personal Branding and Networking, and Future and Core honing in on Personal Mastery. Hollard Insurance Leadership 11 also had their Dragon's Den presentations and graduation, while the FNB Grads wrapped up the month with their final graduation celebration. And of course, Bidvest Bank Limited Mmamollo brought the fire at their close-out event—we didn’t expect anything less! Amidst all of these incredible activities, the TNCo Queens reflected on their 2024 journey and celebrated the growth and successes of the year, looking forward to even greater things to come. We recently had an unforgettable day celebrating the graduation of the Bidvest Bank Limited Mmamollo Cohort 2024! They brought the power and definitely brought the FIRE. ❤️🔥 The day began with an inspiring address from Bidvest’s Chief Executive Officer, Hannah Sadiki, setting the tone for a day of reflection, celebration, and excitement. One of the standout moments was the thrilling Dragons’ Den session, where the delegates addressed key concerns from the company and presented innovative solutions they had brainstormed during the programme. They also shared their key takeaways, reflecting on the growth, insights, and skills they’ve gained throughout their journey. The room was alive with energy and inspiration as each team confidently showcased their ideas. After a well-deserved break, we celebrated the achievements of each delegate with a certificate ceremony, recognising their dedication and growth. Special mentions went to Hlengiwe Tshenye, Kgomotso Masela, OLGA RAMARU, and Pauline Choshane, who stood out for their exceptional contributions during the programme.
