Triplo4 are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Jenna Ramdheen-Sharma to the team! With over 10 years of experience in environmental management and sustainability, Jenna brings a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about the balance between people, planet, and profit. Her multidisciplinary background includes compliance auditing, social assessments, permitting, renewable energy, waste management, rehabilitation, landscaping, and project management. Further to this, Jenna has extensive experience with ISO management systems and compliance with IFC and World Bank standards, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations both locally and internationally. Triplo4’s dynamic growth and commitment to impactful environmental solutions drew her to join the team, seeing it as an exciting opportunity for both personal and professional development. Jenna’s approach to tackling challenges involves clearly defining issues and developing effective solutions that enhance project outcomes and drawing on her experience with complex projects. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys running, culinary adventures, and travelling. We are excited for the positive contributions she will bring to Triplo4 as we continue to expand!

Triplo4 is excited to welcome Ms. Celimpilo Mlaba to the team. Ms. Mlaba joined Triplo4 as an Intern and has been promoted to a Junior Sustainability Consultant position as of the 1 November 2024. Ms. Mlaba is a registered Candidate Natural Scientist with SACNASP and holds a BSc in Environmental and Life Sciences from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She has experience in undertaking various environmental services such as basic assessments, water use license applications, auditing and ecological assessments. Celimpilo is currently pursuing her Honours in Environmental Management with the University of South Africa. She has passion for sustainability and the application of legislative measures in protection and conservation of the environment. Well done and congratulations Celimpilo! Welcome on-board.
