We are excited to introduce the new configuration of our CSV40 N, which brings significant innovations to the traditional design of this machine. The new model features a compact design optimized for every phase of operation. The exclusive rocking movement of the horizontal sealing jaws ensures perfectly squared bag bottoms. Thanks to an innovative system of synchronized motors, the jaws apply the ideal pressure, allowing for perfect seals, even with films that are more challenging to seal. The entire sealing unit operates through fully mechanical movements, driven by synchronized servomotors. Another key feature is the unique film traction system, which reduces friction on the forming tube. A secondary traction system at the rear of the machine further enhances film control. Additionally, the machine includes an ultrasonic system for sealing coffee degassing valves and a nitrogen injection system to reduce residual oxygen, preserving the product’s organoleptic properties.
