🔎 VizzAde is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the team. We are a full-stack digital marketing agency, dedicated to delivering only excellence to our clients. You will work closely with the entire team to ensure that our work captures the essence of our clients. ✅ Roles & Responsibilities - Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, logos, signage, internal communication, newsletters, marketing materials and other designs using software or by hand. - Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity. - Communicating with clients about layout and design. - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. - Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic. - Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing teams and/or outside agencies, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects. - Test graphics across various media. - Amend designs after feedback. - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand and suggest improvements when necessary. - Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system. - Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities. - Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video. 🤓 Requirements and skills - Proven graphic designing experience. - A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. - Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). - A keen eye for aesthetics and details. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. - Able to give and receive constructive criticism. - Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. - Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus, however we prioritise passion, skill and dedication over a degree. 📍Workspace: - Hybrid. 📩 If this sounds like your next adventure, send us your portfolio, cover letter and, if you have, 2 references to this email: damian@vizzade.com ⚠️ Please note, we will not look at LinkedIn submissions. #graphicdesigner #graphicdesignerjobs #designerjobs
