  • Paul Boutinot’s winemaking journey in South Africa began in 1994 with the False Bay label. He later found his ideal site at Waterkloof in 2003, focusing on organic farming and producing fine wines from respected soils. With half the farm covered in natural fynbos, Waterkloof earned Championship Status with the Biodiversity & Wine Initiative in 2008. Waterkloof also offers a dining experience with Chorus Restaurant, run by acclaimed chef Bertus Basson, pairing seasonal dishes with their wines.
