Medland Hospital is hiring for the position of Laboratory Technologist/Scientist to join our dedicated team. The laboratory Technologist/Scientist will assist in accurate diagnosis through the delivery of a high-quality laboratory service. The candidate will provide clinically competent, safe and proficient phlebotomy services and have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of cold chain regulation, quality control and infection control. His extraordinary recovery highlights both the resilience of the human spirit and the profound impact of exceptional medical teamwork.

Our team took on an exciting challenge that tested our communication skills and trust in one another. We paired up, with one person blindfolded and the other guiding them solely through verbal instructions. This exercise highlighted the essence of teamwork and effective communication.
