CCMT wishes to engage the services of a consultant/team of consultants to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its project. This evaluation will assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, coherence, and sustainability using OECD-DAC criteria.  The main goal is to measure and validate the project’s performance against established indicators and targets, providing insights and practical recommendations for future initiatives.  Bids must be submitted via email to ccmtrecruitment@gmail.com by Friday, 28 February 2025, at 17:00 hours. Late submissions will not be considered.
