Productive Meeting with Newly Appointed Board We are pleased to report that Female CEO International had a very fruitful meeting this past Saturday with our newly appointed board of directors. During our discussions, we were able to make meaningful progress on several key initiatives and develop an exciting roadmap for the months ahead. Christabel Chishiri is a talented Interior Decorator with nearly a decade of experience in crafting beautiful and functional spaces. Her keen eye for design and attention to detail have led her to excel as a Projects Executive, where she skillfully manages projects from concept to completion, ensuring each client’s vision is fully realized. With a background in Retail and Logistics Management her entrepreneurial streak shines through as a blooming entrepreneur as she has co-founded two businesses that is Bellé Lé Modele and Herbal Supplements ZW. In her downtime she’s an accomplished author and editor, who has worked on quintuplet insightful books that reflect on diverse Christian topics. Firmly rooted in her faith in Christ, Christabel believes in the importance of purpose and the transformative journey that comes with it. Just as a butterfly undergoes metamorphosis, she encourages others to embrace change and discover their true potential and achieve their God-given purpose. Clara Dandadzi is a Training Officer at one of the Public Service Academies. She recently graduated from MSU with a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management. As a Training Officer, she imparts knowledge and skills to improve service delivery. Clara is a results-oriented person determined to achieve set goals despite obstacles. She enrolled in her Master's program while in her eighth month of pregnancy and took her first exams just a week after delivering via C-section. Remarkably, she traveled from Kwekwe to Harare for her exams on the third day after surgery and completed three modules, passing them all by the seventh day. Her dissertation was a challenge that she managed alongside caring for her baby, enduring sleepless nights, but her determination and perseverance carried her through. Throughout three semesters, she did not have any carryover courses. Previously, Clara was a network marketer for Avon, where she served as a Sales Leader. When she decided to further her studies while raising her baby, she took a break from her Avon business. Now that she has completed her program, she plans to resume her business. In Kwekwe, she also managed a poultry farm with broilers and layers. When she started her studies, she was still in Kwekwe, but during her second semester, she received the Training Officer opportunity and relocated. Balancing the pressures of change, school, and motherhood, Clara persevered. Her resilience and determination inspire many, and her life is a testament to God's work. Clara's firstborn was born in 2010. Despite facing the challenges of trying for a second child, including four failed pregnancies, she remains a proud mother of three: two boys and one girl. Many commend her for her resilience, acknowledging the difficulties she has overcome. Her greatest fear is not trying; she is unafraid of failure, viewing it as a learning opportunity. Clara believes that each trial brings improvement until goals are achieved.
