Sustenergy Pvt Ltd in partnership with @Innovation Energy Developpment IED Consult and Artelys are working on Zimbabwe’s National Integrated Energy Resource Plan (NIERP) on behalf of the Ministry of Energy and Power Development, funded by the African Development Bank. The NIERP is a strategic roadmap that will guide sustainable energy use across the nation. We have developed a sector-specific Assumption Report, gathering and analyzing data across all sectors of the economy including, but not limited to, Agriculture, Transport, Industry, Power, Domestic, Mining, Oil and gas to forecast future energy demand and support informed planning. We extend our gratitude to all stakeholders for their invaluable support and collaboration as we work together towards a Sustainable Zimbabwe.

As team Sustenergy Pvt Ltd last week we concluded the week with an engaging session on SWOT Analysis, led by Ruud Derks 戴儒德 from PUM Netherlands. This strategic planning tool evaluates an organization’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, providing a comprehensive framework for assessing internal and external factors that influence business success. PUM Netherlands, a Dutch NGO founded in 1978, has been instrumental in empowering entrepreneurs and companies worldwide. With a network of 1,200 experts, PUM collaborates with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across more than 30 sectors, offering voluntary advice to optimize business ecosystems. Their mission is to promote sustainable growth by sharing knowledge and expertise, thereby driving local positive impact on a global scale.
