Thank you to our active and engaged PRS and PRS Global Open Medical Student Forum members from across the world. Your interest in plastic surgery and engagement with the Journals ensure a bright future for the field!
 
Medical Students must actively participate in at least 3 out of the 4 following activities every six months to remain on the PRS & PRS Global Open Medical Student Forum.

  1. Create and share at least ONE less-than-one-minute video on their own social media channel(s) promoting and linking to a recent PRS or PRS Global Open article and tagging the respective journal (@PRSJournal for PRS; @PRSGlobalOpen for PRS Global Open). The post must contain a LINK to the article in question. Minimum requirement: one video in each 6-month period.
  2. Interact with Journals’ social media channels by commenting, sharing, re-posting, or posting their own content and tagging the respective Journal (@PRSJournal; @PRSGlobalOpen)! Minimum requirement: 3 interactions per 6-month period.
  3. Participate in a #PRSJournalClub Q&A on the PRS Facebook page by asking the authors a question. Minimum requirement: 1 iteration per 6-month period.
  4. Participate by VOTING on a monthly #FacetheCase video on the PRS Global Open Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram page. Minimum requirement: 2 iterations per 6-month period.

The PRS & PRS Global Open Medical Student Forum will be updated every 6 months in January and July.
 
Active Medical Student Forum members can be automatically considered for membership in the PRS & PRS Global Resident Advisory Board when they become Plastic Surgery Residents, General Surgery Residents, Research Fellows, and more.
