Chelsea can wrap up the Premier League title on Friday night if they can beat West Brom at the Hawthorns.
Antonio Conte’s men can open up a 10 point lead at the top of the table, and with Spurs in second having just three games to play, it would signal an end to the title race.
West Brom have had an impressive season as they sit eighth in the division, but they are in woeful form, having lost four and drawn two of their last six.
Tony Pulis would relish the role of party pooper, though, as he looks to delay Chelsea’s success.
